This is the first time I encountered a hotel where I needed to make bed sheets. Because there were no bed sheets and quilt covers when I checked in, we saw moldy mattresses, which affected our mood. The sofa bed was very bad. It was only about 1.6 meters long when I laid it down. The legs are still outside, and the front desk of the hotel does not go to work until 16 o'clock. Although it has been informed in the check-in notice, this is a manifestation of poor quality service. The experience of this stay was very bad, and I will not book again.

Very good location for couple of nights. Clean rooms. People at the desk very helpful. Good location close to the golf. Walking distance from the Club House. Lot of occupation around the Birdie House.

Very dirty accommodation we had 4 accommodations of different sizes we are the same traveling together for an event and the 4 accommodations were more or less dirty with the butt for our toilet bowl full of urine and excrement in the bowl a light which does not work and missing elements a shame only the frame is magnificent

Nous avons loué un appartement de 12 personnes pour pouvoir passer les fête de Noel tous ensemble à la Résidence Le Birdie, nous avons parcouru plus de 630 km pour découvrir un appartement insalubre, infesté d'insectes en tout genre dont des grosse mouches. Je dispose de photos et de vidéos illustrant l'ampleur du problème dommage que je ne peux pas les publier avec mon avis. Cette situation a gâché notre Noël, nous faisant perdre la magie et la joie de cette période festive. Plus jamais...

Malheureusement, une très mauvaise expérience que je ne vous conseille pas. En arrivant, nous avons constaté un Logement très sale, rempli de mouches mortes au sol et également dans les lumières au plafond qui volaient partout. difficile à comprendre car nous sommes partis en hiver. Il semblerait le Logement n'a pas été nettoyer avant notre arrivée . C'est bien dommage

De retour d'un séjour très sympathique à la résidence du birdie. Résidence propre , agréable et bien située . Le golf est à 100 mètres à pied, un 9 trous , un 18 trous et practice tout équipé de la technologie Top Racer . À 30 minutes d'Annecy , 45 minutes du Val d'Arly . Merci pour l'accueil . Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans un studio rustique propre et rangé avec un balcon. Appartement très bien équipé. Résidence très bien entretenue. Ascenseur très pratique. La résidence dispose d'un grand parking avec assez de place pour se garer. Dépose minute en bas du bâtiment très apprécié pour décharger les valises. Piscine intérieure chauffée idéal pour se détendre. Nous avons apprécié le sauna et le petit déjeuner copieux. Location de draps impeccable. Personnel bienveillant et très gentil à notre service avec le sourire.

Photos confirme aux descriptions , appartement pour 5 très spacieux, salle de bain avec baignoire très grande, coin cuisine suffisant pour faire quelques repas. Couchage avec matelas en bon état. Une bonne chaleur dans les logements. Volets très couvrant.
