Excellent gastronomique restaurant with subtle combinations and wines in accord with the meals. Hotel with comfortable rooms. It was our second visit and we, as a three generations family, were as pleased as last year with the experience. Dogs welcome

We've been visiting this hotel for many years, mainly to see the Crane migration in the spring and autumn, which can be really spectacular if you time it right. When we first visited, the rooms were quite simple but the restaurant was good. Then the hotel changed hands and everything went sadly downhill - in particular, there was no restaurant at all. But two or three years ago the hotel changed hands again, and is now far better than it ever was. The restaurant is excellent, the rooms have been completely refurbished - especially those on the second floor - and the welcome is warm and friendly. Nice places to stay (and eat) in this area are very few and far between, so this is a particularly highly recommended stop-over.

First time in Lac du der and was recommended by a local friend to try this hotel and restaurant. All I can say is I 100% agree!! Hotel restaurant are very good and the service is brilliant too. Beautiful presented and excellently run so if ever you are passing or visiting make sure you make the most of this little gem. 👍 bravo 👏

Small comfortable hotel in a little village - what is there not to love? We stayed here for a night due to the hotel's close proximity to an observatory for the birds. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds comfortable. What is notable was the catering service. The restaurant was impeccably run and the food delicious! A surprising find in a small town! We will be back again!

Étant en soirée étape, j’ai pris une chambre confort, 115 € chambre de 9 m², avec 2 petits lits Chambre bruyante jusqu’à 23h30 pas terrible. Je trouve déplorable que quand on est en soirée étape, nous avons des chambres au rabais. En ce qui concerne le repas, tout était très bien et très bon surtout

Hôtel : Bien situé. Accueil sympathique. Propreté des lieux. Belle chambre, literie très confortable. PDJ : Bon café et pain frais. Nombreux produits maison, frais et pour certains locaux (comme les excellents yaourts). Personnel présent pour assurer le renouvellement et remettre en ordre après passage des « indélicats ». Restaurant : Jolie salle et déco. Service effectué avec passion par une équipe professionnelle et aux petits soins. Mets savoureux et bien présentés. Un hôtel très bien tenu et bien manager.

Les photos ne reflètet pas la réalité des chambres premier prix à plus de 90 euros qd même. Elle existe (1) celle en gros plan sur les serviettes de toilette où on ne voit pas la couleur, la moquette, l'ambiance un peu ehpad. Bref très très déçu. Literie moyenne, assez sonore, pris ma douche avec la voisine et son mari... Les commentaires dithyrambiques concernent bcp la restauration dont je ne doute pas de la qualité, nous n'avons pas testé. Village mignon très bien placé pour les ballades sur le lac. Pour dormir....pas là
