Les Chambres de l'Oustalet, Chambres d'hôtes et Restaurant étoilé

Would highly recommend these rooms if you’re staying in Gigondas. They are right next door to the Bistro and Cave (also L’Oustelet). The spacious and tasteful rooms are in a beautifully converted building - the excellent breakfast is in the Bistrot next door. Staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Although we’re happy to select our own Southern Rhône wine the recommendations from our young waitress were interesting and excellent. All the dishes were enjoyable but the lamb cooked five ways was particularly good.

The Perrin family, who make some of the best Châteauneuf du Pape at Chx de Beaucastel, have converted a family house in the small village of Gigondas into stylish accommodation with the excellent Le Restaurant — L'Oustalet and the more casual Bistrot de l'Oustalet located in a courtyard next door. This was our second stay at L'Oustalet-Gigondas which enables you to live in the heart of the village in complete serenity. Upon arrival, the GM artfully brought us glasses of Miraval Rosé to our room instantly transforming our experience into 'Art de Vivre'.  La famille Perrin, qui fabrique certains des meilleurs Châteauneuf du Pape à Chx de Beaucastel, a transformé une maison familiale dans le petit village de Gigondas en un hébergement élégant avec l'excellent Le Restaurant - L'Oustalet et le plus décontracté Bistrot de l'Oustalet situé dans une cour à côté. C'était notre deuxième séjour à L'Oustalet-Gigondas qui permet de vivre au coeur du village en toute sérénité. À notre arrivée, le GM nous a astucieusement apporté des verres de Miraval Rosé dans notre chambre, transformant instantanément notre expérience en "Art de Vivre".
