Ultra-luxurious bath features a walk-in shower and sumptuous, jetted garden tub with stunning sunset views. Bathroom accommodates 2 for primping with multiple mirrors and dual vanity sinks. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are upstairs. Bedroom 2 has 2 queen beds, a ceiling fan and TV. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have king beds, TVs and ceiling fans. Bathroom 2 is upstairs and has a newly remodeled walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. Bathroom 3 is on the ground floor and features a tub-shower combination. A hair dryer and soap are stocked. ~ LAKE DAZE PARADISE ~ This home is magnificent both inside and out. Situated on a lake that is a dazzling oasis of tranquility, house also has a pool with option to heat, in-ground spa, covered patio, new putting green, propane fire pit and gas grill. The pool heat is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F- Two kayaks and accessories are available for guests to explore the community waterways. Two bikes are provided for those who prefer pedal power and sightseeing on 2 wheels. There are fishing rods for catch and release fishing in the stocked neighborhood lakes. ~ TREASURED SIGHTSEEING ~ All of this can be hard to leave but you will not want to miss the safe and friendly town of Gilbert. Southeast of Phoenix, Gilbert is home to the Riparian Preserve with miles of hiking and equestrian trails and opportunities for wildlife and bird watching (approximately 250 species of birds have been sighted). Other nearby treasures include Veterans Oasis Park, Saguaro National Park, Tonto National Forest and the Superstition Mountains. Gilbert and the surrounding area also offer many choices in golf courses, restaurants and unique shopping opportunities. If deemed necessary, the property manager reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements. Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 10 for this home. Unless the property manager has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of ten (10). Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by the property manager. Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only. To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations. For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway. All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free. Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit. The pool heat is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum. Spa heating only with no pool heating is $30.00 per night, October 1 through April 30. There is a 4 night minimum. Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
