Superb garden, very pleasant staff, excellent breakfast, large swimming pool and you really feel on vacation, very comfortable bedding, we spent 4 nights and I highly recommend that we return

Arriving at Gili Tenda by horse-drawn carriage in the middle of the island, the view is magnificent, an oasis with a pretty swimming pool and very stylish glamping rooms with their outdoor shower. The welcome is warm, where the picture gets darker is during the night: waking up at 4 d by the call to the Mosque, followed by those of the rooster and then the neighbors who choose to bathe early, in short through the walls of the tent we know everything our neighbors say. Second negative point: the breakfast service: smiling but slow, very slow, very very slow. 30 minutes of waiting for a scrambled egg that is too salty, a juice that is too sweet (always be careful to say that the juice is sugar-free otherwise mixed with water and sugar!). 3 nights there, 3 times long wait, a person in training told us but still, between the juice and the egg, 25 minutes, and the tea you have to ask for it, if there are 4 of us, we receives 3… you have to ask for the 4th… Too bad…. As they are full for August, I recommend that they improve their breakfast service! Bike rental at the hotel (because in the middle of the island so no beach), 15 min by bike to go to the pretty beaches. Ask for a lamp for the evening, otherwise. Difficult return on the sand paths. In short, nice setting but bring earplugs and be patient
