First of all, I would like to note the excellent service: incredibly friendly staff, they went out of their way to accommodate us, checked us in early, cleaned the room every day, provided a bicycle (it was really of dubious quality, it was easier for me to get around on foot). Good breakfasts. There are cats on the premises, be prepared for this. I got the red one hooked on butter, so don't be stingy - give him a treat. There is Wi-Fi, but it's slow. I couldn't even watch YouTube. I forgot to take photos, everything matches the shots on the website.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights.
The room was great, the staff was kind and attentive.
The beach was a 3-minute bike ride away, and there was a great cafe nearby where they served delicious food.

Beautiful ambient, the hospitality of the staff is very helpful, Room are clean, not to close to the center of gili trawangan but it was perfect for a place that need if you seek place not to close to the crowd but still reachable, definitely will comeback very soon.

Beautiful villa away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to reach everything in a 10 minute walk. The food and drinks were great and well priced, with lots of different options for the inclusive breakfast. The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating - thank you very much for a lovely holiday.

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Nero. We were welcomed warmly when we arrived, and were given brilliant recommendations on activities to do on the island and around Lombok. The food was spectacular and we ended up eating at the Villa daily. The Villla is absolutely beautiful, close enough to the beach but away from the chaos. A huge highlight of our stay was meeting the incredible staff. I would like to thank Uni, Dani, Fatur, Idris and Umi who went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable their kindness and helpfulness exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Nero.

We stayed at this hotel in Gili Trawangan in the quieter part of the island for my husband's birthday. The team was super welcoming and smiling. They helped organize a memorable evening. We requested a special dinner on the beach. The table setting at sunset was stunning. They personalized the mocktails according to my husband's tastes. The cake was also personalized with a blend of flavors that my husband loves. The entire team came out together to sing happy birthday. The food was delicious. The room was spacious. Exceptional hospitality. I can only recommend it. Thank you to Ayub for always being attentive and fulfilling all our wishes. You provided incredible emotions and warm memories.

We were unable to stay as all boats to the Gilli Islands were cancelled for 5 days but the hotel would not refund our reservation. We had to wait out the weather for boats to resume but when they did start running again it was already after the dates we had booked.
