Fantastic service from Putu the manager and the team.
We arrived and was greeted warmly then we were ushered to a smooth check in.
Very accommodating and friendly management to cater to our enquiries even before we arrived.
We rented bicycles from the hotel throughout our stay there to go around the island. Good condition bike and they clean our bike after every night.
Room is spacious. Bathroom is squeaky clean. Pool is directly outside the room.
On our first night, the team decorated our room to welcome us the second time after the whole day out. They have fire show 2x a week too.
Highly recommended.

It's a bit far from the port, but I think this could be an advantage or a disadvantage. I was rather away from the busy streets and it was nice because it was towards Sunset Point. All the staff are kind, the facilities are all cute, and they are neatly maintained compared to their age. And most importantly, the cat is cute, kind, and cute....

Love the cool style of the hotel, how the staff is so nice. The massage and food were great. Great idea to have breakfast till 12h!! Good relationship between quality and price. For sure would stay again, myb next time in uluwatu:) thank you pinkcoco
