Fantastic service from Putu the manager and the team.
We arrived and was greeted warmly then we were ushered to a smooth check in.
Very accommodating and friendly management to cater to our enquiries even before we arrived.
We rented bicycles from the hotel throughout our stay there to go around the island. Good condition bike and they clean our bike after every night.
Room is spacious. Bathroom is squeaky clean. Pool is directly outside the room.
On our first night, the team decorated our room to welcome us the second time after the whole day out. They have fire show 2x a week too.
Highly recommended.

Very good! The location is good and the staff is friendly! The pool is long and very nice. I think women will like it! The breakfast is also very good! The room is a little disappointing..

Guys, the hotel is 5 years old, yes it is beautiful, but very dusty and shabby, the clean things there are bed linen and towels, you can't walk on the floor barefoot, but there are cute pink slippers. There is cold water with lemon at the pool; the bikes are broken, they give them away for 50K per day, when everyone else has 40

It's a bit far from the port, but I think this could be an advantage or a disadvantage. I was rather away from the busy streets and it was nice because it was towards Sunset Point. All the staff are kind, the facilities are all cute, and they are neatly maintained compared to their age. And most importantly, the cat is cute, kind, and cute....
