A hidden gem on the route of the Cathar castles, specifically close to the Puylaurens castle. Tucked in the mountains, amazing building, with a big garden. Had lunch under a huge lime tree. Great food, great service. Really worth the trip.

Very tasty meal well presented . Delicious amuse bouche. Excellent local produce. Perfectly cooked fish. Very good service and a restaurant you should not miss if you are in the area. It's in a great hotel and a beautiful area.

Lovely family run business , Jeremy and sandine really make you feel like you are welcome . We had a dog and he was able to eat where we ate . Very clean room comfortable . Dinner was amazing taken in the garden - we drank a lovely local wine which Jeremy suggested . Breakfast was also. Wry good . Would easily recommend this lovely hotel snuggled in the Pyrenees

Très bon établissement. Personnel très pro, au petit soin Etablissement à recommander pour des séjours de repos de nature, de randonnée et de calme Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est impeccable. Les repas sont également excellents.

magnifique établissement familial au coeur des montagnes de l'Aude. Très bonne cuisine mélange racines et création. Grande chambre pleine de charme aux lourds volet, mais comme on n'en fait plus ! Accueil plein de vrai gentillesse. Situation idéale pour randonnée vers les chateaux Cathares.

Lieu pittoresque, calme et agréable. Ferme château ancrée dans la montagne Service pro et qualitatif. Nourriture raffinée. Quantité correcte pour un "entrée-plat". Les préparations sont faites maison avec des ingrédients locaux. Bon lieu pour une sortie en couple.
