Didn't feel welcomed when we entered the reception. The staff didnt acknowledge presence, didnt smile, it felt very transactional. Didn’t even give basic information on bf timings, wifi access. The rooms are okay, had niggling issues, though when complained the service was prompt Breakfast spread was adequate , however, none of the items had any taste. Every dish was bereft of flavour, even the tea was watery. The staff was doing its best but there is a lack of supervision , since neither were they happy to do the work nor there was any eye for detail ( eg they forgot to get things when instructed, didn’t even pour water into glasses etc)

The facility was not a little satisfied and also they have taken the extra charge for the food though we had not taken the dinner . Also we hv talk to the staff and manager but haven't responded properly. Very bad we haven't expect this type of behavior or this type of facility or the staff or whatever it had happen.

All staff are very kind and politely and they give us very nice service and good to say moneys work stay and very near to gir Saran safari and devadiya park and food are nice to they give all Services what I ask for then ……………………….. ……………………………….

I visited this place with my family, here I enjoyed all the amenities like swimming pool etc. Rooms are need & clean, food also very delicious. Thanks to all the SAROVAR staffs. I special mentioned some Staff name... Mr. Rahul, Moutushi, Naresh, Arvind I visited this place once again

Old bedsheets, okayish breakfast. Had booked for a breakfast package and when I came for the breakfast was told to pay extra. Took a lot of time at the check out too. Otherwise the property is alright, it’s clean but a bit old. Service at the breakfast area was slow and a bit unresponsive

One of the 3rd class Hotel in Sasan. avoid this type of Nonsense Hotel. Management and Service was Horrible worst at Lowest in Class. They Don't know the Value of Time. they are taking 30-40 mins for 1 cup of tea. 1.30- 2 hr for 10 people's lunch even after 20/30% occupancy in hotel.No responsible person in Management to listen complaint. Room Cleaning below average, Property Cleaning Below Average, Washroom/ Towel Worst of the Worst. have a look of some photos of 4 Star Resort ( Actually 1 Star )

Luxurious family trip I enjoyed a lot hotel staff was Co operative n respectful food was very good but there should be option of room booking with all meals overall meals were very tasty I was upgraded in rooms from deluxe to executive that was a pleasant experience

have stayed in The Sarovar Portico Hotel for two days. I felt very good. Rooms are nice. Food was good. Food Service was also very good. I would like to thanks specifically to Mr.khalid 😊. He was very much cooperative and energetic in her work.
