Pride Biznotel Sasan Gir

Excellent stay here. Location- 5/5 (Walking distance from Sasan Gir) We did both safari - Sasan Gir and Devaliya, and starting point of both was Sasan Gir which is 200 meters from hotel. Food - 5/5 (Very good veg food) Quiet Place. Recommended for couples and family.

2 Star only and would like to start with Pros 1. Closest hotel to Sinh Sadan just a walking distance 200 m for your Jeep Safari 2. Rooms are big and The Restaurant Staff ( rest of the team below par) was the only positve Cons 1. The room had a slight smell . Considering u charge 5K a night, basic things like towels, soap and related were not in the room when we checked in at 4.00 am and had to be asked for 2. Black Stains n the sheet in certain areas ( we had spent only 2-3 hours in hotel so ok) and there was a fork stuck in the Sofa in the room 3. At time of booking online, they take ur card details.. but being called nearly 6 times to make advance payment else we will release the room. stayed at Lemon Tree Dwarka, Fern Junagarh and Lordsin Dwarkadish .. none called so many times to make advance payment and just asked time of arrival . The manager stated that my team has called u many times to make advance payment and u r not making. When I said u have my card details and can debit if i dnt check in.. he says that facility is not working. The team really needs to work n this as been to 3 hotels post this mentioned above and none made any such fusses or calls like Pride Biznotel Though the proximity to the Sinh Sadan would definitely book Fern Sasan Gir ( only suites were available and so cld noty book for this trip) as customer centricity is important. After paying the money when u arrive to ask for basic like towels, unclean room indicate need to rethink. Would not pay more than INR 1.5 K for the same

It was a great and pleasurable stay with Pride Biznotel Sasan Gir. I was here at 24 November with my family and I found this property through Make My Trip. All staff is very familiar for guest and their hospitalality is excellent so I would like to recommend this property to each and every guest who is going to explore Gir Safari. This property is closest brand property from Gir Safari.

Staff and food are very good, also the hotel was very good. We wanted extra special arrangements and that were also made very good. Stay was very comfortable and staff make all the effort’s to make you comfortable. And also restaurant also prepare food as per your requirement.

The property is close to Sinh Sadan. We reached there in the evening. Dinner was average, but breakfast was awesome. Rooms are neat and clean. But there are no balconies attached to the room. They are a bit under-staffed, but the staff is well behaved and polite. Overall a nice experience.

Very good staff and the location is best right next to the Gir Safari office i.e. Sinh Sadan. Rooms are ok All are fine. No need to take a car to the sinh sadan 2mins walk from the hotel. Food is costly and option are only available for veg dishes. Ok
