Mala música e innecesaria para el perfil alto del hotel! Pretendía una jornada de descanso en familia y fue todo lo contrario!! Tampoco tuvieron en cuenta la solicitud de bajarle o cambiarla. Si sales fuera de Bogota buscas algo de paz. ….. .

Buen hotel y buena atención. El cuidado de la edificación es deficiente y da tristeza su deterioro frente a este hotel que es insignia de Girardot . Algunos huéspedes dejaban las botas embarradas de caucho fuera de sus habitaciones denotando suciedad y falta de respeto y el hotel no hizo llamados de atención.

Estuve con mi pareja en baja temporada. Una experiencia agradable, habitaciones amplias cómodas, ambiente muy tranquilo. Desayuno completo y de buen sabor. Piscina espectacular. Cocteles a excelente precio y variedad. Hay que señalar que el hotel requiere renovar muebles, ascensor y algunos espacios dado el natural deesgaste por los años del mismo.

Realice una reservar con ustedes inicialmente desde el 23 al 26 de febrero, pero realmente el servicio es DEPLORABLE. En cuanto al bar las personas atienden de mala gana y que decir al restaurante en la hora del desayuno es peor ya que no hay acompañamiento con el huésped para indicarle cómo funciona el servicio, para el día 24 de febrero cenamos en el restaurante y la experiencia malísima: los patacones refritos, pedí otro y de la misma manera, me lo cambiaron por papas a la francesa y peor cada vez se empeoraba el servicio; un churrasco que parecía un neumático frito y las tajadas que se pidieron estaban crudas y su corte parecía de un niño de 3 años, y la atención pésima de igual manera. Es triste que personas del extranjero y nacionales nos llevemos este mal servicio que no va de acuerdo con el valor cancelado. Lo único o quienes sacaron la cara por el hotel los señores que trabajan la vigilancia super atentos y que amabilidad. Creo que el hotel va en decadencia ya que internamente entre todos se tapan sus faltas ya que me acerque a la recepción el día 26 si podía hablar con el gerente y me indico la señora que él nunca venía al hotel sabiendo que todos los martes les hacen una reunión.

El hotel es bueno, el personal es amable, me gusta la piscina es amplia, a la zona social le falta mucho mantenimiento e inversión, sillas de la piscina en el bar en mal estado, los baños de las habitaciones se ven demasiado viejos deberían comenzar a remodelar, algunas asoleadoras en mal estado, toallas de la habitación muy viejas, las camas son muy ricas para descansar, no es nada economico para incluir un desayuno que es monótono y sin variedad, temporada alta no hay control para la reserva de las asoleadoras, se veía mucho desorden, el menú es bastabte cotsostoso para la poca variedad que ofrece , agradecimientos a los meseros que hacen muy bien su trabajo en esos turnos tan pesados.

Hotel muy antiguo con instalaciones que les hace falta mantenimiento, la piscina por ejemplo muy sucia el piso Manchado , las habitaciones las camas son una piedra y las almohadas llenas de bolas no te dejan descansar bien el aire es antigui ,la comida no es mala pero si es muy costosa en general el costo calidad no coincide

Buen hotel con comodidades y servicio adecuado. En la habitación todo funcionó bien (minibar, TV, Aire A, tina, baño, camas muy cómodas, mobiliario -falta caja de seguridad únicamente) Buena comida -podría ser más variada Bien ubicado y buenas canchas de tenis
