It is a great property, location is very convenient for us, we've stay several times and everytime is the same issue "the service is poor" no attention to the guest, specialy in the restaurant and bar; this time he bellman and the pool attendant saved the stay.

Second time at this Hotel, Sept 2022 and March 2023 Bussiness and pleasure. From the moment we checked in, Staff members were ready to help and assist, with information, meals even emails and photo copies what a relieved, like everywere some are more helpful than others for instance Rodrigo Vallecilla knows the area like no bodys business and Benjamin Orozco what a pleasure always willing to "serve beyond the call of duty"

We came for 2 days for St Valentine's ♥️
Beautiful building and really attentive staff.
Restaurant has varied menu.
Swimming pool and terrace area really good; love the sun loungers IN the water surrounding pool. 😀😀👍
Only downsides: buffet breakfast only available at weekends;
WiFi signal too weak to do much work on files.
Surrounding area - the square in front -is risky..we were hassled by vagrants a few times, and some of the pedestrian / shop areas are very smelly because of them.

A pesar de no estar alojados en el hotel, fuimos a almorzar como en una ocasión previa. A pesar de que había muy pocos comensales, la espero fue larguísimo. Por sugerencia del mesero pedí la hamburguesa de la casa, pésima elección, la carne parecía de cartón, el pan duro y los vegetales marchitos. Después del primer bocado devolví el plato, no me preguntaron la razón ni me ofrecieron ninguna alternativa, por supuesto no lo cobraron. Lástima, porque el hotel es lindo y cuando habíamos lo habíamos visitado disfrutamos de un rico almuerzo. Debido a la mala atención ni volveré ni lo recomendaré.

Mi experiencia fue espectacular este fin de semana, mi esposa y yo la pasamos genial. Una vez en el hotel no dan ganas de salir a nada pues todo lo que necesitamos, el hotel nos lo proporciona. La comida deliciosa, la atencion inigualable, las instalaciones inmejorables. No lo conocia pero seguramente siempre que volvamos a Girardot a escaparnos mi esposa y yo volveremos al Hotel Union.

El Hotel Unión es un magnífico hotel en Girardot, con unas cuidadas instalaciones de estilo colonial y con un servicio atento y amable. Vale cada peso que se paga por estar en él. La piscina, el SPA y el resto de servicios hacen que estar ahí, sea un sueño. La cocina ha mejorado mucho y la música por las noches hace que puedas tener una cena agradable e inolvidable. Después de haber estado en muchos hoteles de lujo en Colombia, sin duda este es uno de los mejores.
