My whānau of three stayed overnight in the two-bedroom unit and had a wonderful experience. The welcome we received was warm and friendly, and the instructions around the park were clear and easy to follow. The entire park, including the unit, was very neat and tidy. The unit itself was beautifully finished, with lovely little touches that made it feel extra special. We really appreciated all the added extras—like the cookies, quality coffee bags, Netflix access, and the luxurious soaps and body washes. A great stay all round—Ngā Mahi!

Kids loved it, great activities and amazing location. Tidy and clean. Just don’t expect a nice hot shower as the pressures shocking and make sure you have plenty of data for n your phone as the wifi is beyond a joke if you can even connect.

We spent 4 nights here in less than perfect weather but our stay was made easier by the clean fresh accomodation and the covered pool. We made good use of the pedal carts for hire and a delicious food truck right in the park! The location is incredible. You can easily walk to shops and restaurants from the camp. The park is right on the beach where there is an abundance of space and fascinating structures made of logs washed ashore. An adults playground! The boardwalk runs along in front of the camp and has some interesting statues and a fun playground.

We had a good family holiday. Booked into Ohope Top 10 in 2024 and enjoyed our stay so decided to try Gisborne top 10 this year. It's a more affordable destination if you are on a tight budget.
