Bepy Hotel Garni

The food here couldn’t be worse with uncooked food to raw chicken they show the good rooms but not the bad ones and the basement where you eat we came here for a holiday and it was awful with tiny smelly rooms the doors are broken and most the rooms have the same lock and key would not come back. The hotel was a complete disappointment from the moment I arrived. The lobby had a musty smell, and the check-in staff barely acknowledged my presence. When I got to my room, I was greeted by stained carpets, dusty furniture, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in weeks. The bed was lumpy, and the thin walls made it impossible to sleep with the constant noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. The Wi-Fi was practically useless, and the so-called “complimentary breakfast” consisted of stale pastries and lukewarm coffee. To make matters worse, hidden fees were tacked onto my bill at checkout, leaving me feeling completely ripped off. It was an experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

poor hotel overall as food is very poor quality, beds are uncomfortable very weak and i also think from what i have heard that the electricity is very minimal and so is the hot water it is an emergency hotel as i like to call it. i would not recommend,although hospitality was good and reception was good.

Daughter and school friends arrived for a week of skiing. Hotel is nice and food seems to be ok albeit basic. The most concerning aspect is that after their 1st day skiing, many of the trip participants have found many bags in their rooms have been opened and money stolen. It’s a disgrace!

We have just had a week skiing in Pinzolo and stayed at the hotel bepy. The hotel was lovely, the rooms are modern and very clean. The staff were all lovely and very friendly. They couldn’t do more for you. The lady on reception on arrival spent time with us giving us information about the area, restaurant recommendations, ski bus information etc. she was so helpful. The bus stop is directly outside the hotel and it drops you off right outside the gondola. The ski bus service was very reliable and the driver was friendly. It is the best ski holiday we have had so far. Amazing hotel and people. Would highly recommend. We would definitely go back again.
