Everything was dirty and smelled. The manager was terrible to deal with and when I e mailed corporate he lied and said I tried to bring 6 big dogs to our room. We asked for a refund and slept in our car.

Sheets and bathroom were clean. Room had been refurbished to have hard flooring rather than carpet, but the floors were filthy. You cauldron see where spills had not been cleaned up and they made my socks and shoes completely black. Kind of scary, they would only talk through a window which makes me wonder if the neighborhood was worse than it looked. Grounds were trashy and stairs were filthy. No pet rooms on the first floor and no elevator. It wasn’t quite bad enough to leave but I won’t go back.
