Stayed here just one night , on the outskirts of Melbourne, lots of Asian restaurants within walking distance. Lovely friendly reception, rooms clean and spacious. Ideal for an overnight stay and a great price

Had a fantastic stay. Griffin helped me find a room that suited me perfectly. The room has two beds in it, which I really like, is high up in hotel, and has a walk in shower. Kavita was super helpful, and remembered me from some years ago, when she kindly gave me a soap holder, which I still have in my home office, after I mentioned I liked it. Kavita also kindly gave me a tour of the room after check in. Mannoj kindly reconfigured the fridge in my room, so I could have all my drink bottles upright, which was super kind of him. He also kindly said he would look into having the two power outlet under the table between the two beds converted to a 4 power outlet, before my next visit. The restaurant here is now amazing. Some of the best Indian food I have ever had, and the prices are very good if you are not an Accor Plus member, and excellent if you are one, and get a discount as a couple on meals. I have a picture of two curries I had in my profile. I am really looking forward to my next visit at Christmas time.

We were welcomed by a friendly, smiling receptionist, Tharindu. He was very helpful, bringing out a luggage trolley for us and showing us where to park while checking in. In our room, we were greeted by a platter of mini desserts and a card congratulating us on our 30th Wedding Anniversary, signed by the manager. We then re-arranged the room to suit us for 2 days and nights, including swapping out the desk chair for some more comfortable chairs. We were very grateful for Tharindu's easy nature and helpfulness. The room was extremely quiet, only once or twice did we hear a door shut, otherwise we weren't interrupted by any other guests and their movements. We were on the top floor (6th) which had great views to the north, over the Monash City Council outdoor and carpark area with plenty of trees. At night, the Glen Waverley buildings lit up, providing a surprisingly exciting vibe, we felt like we were in another city, in another state, not 12 mins drive from our house! The Glen has plenty to offer with shopping, cinema and a myriad of restaurants. Our hotel was just a 10 minute walk from everything, so we were able to go out several times to have a meal, a movie and the odd bit of shopping for some breakfast supplies. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant, but they were very kind to let us borrow some crockery and cutlery for our stay. Everything about our stay was positive except for the small matter of having to park off site. The car park underneath the hotel costs $20 per day, so we decided to park 1km away in neighbourhood streets for free. Most of the parking around The Glen is limited to 2 or 4 hours, so you'll need to walk a fair distance to find parking spots.

Great location. Getting to checkin was like a maze. However, if you follow the instructions provided, then all is well. We stayed at Room 1213 for three days. Our room was next to the Garbage disposal chute from the 12th Floor. First day was all good. Second and third day was horrible smell coming from the toilets/bathrooms as if we were sleeping next to a dumpyard (city waste disposal Tip) from one of the bed rooms closer to the waste disposal chute. We could not use that room to sleep. It was horrible. Since we did not stay in the room except to sleep, we just did not bother (we did not have time) to report. May be it is just that specific room. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Parking was very convenient.

The front desk is great. They upgraded me to a room with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room for free. There are washing machines and dryers, which are very practical. There is also a balcony where you can see the street view. I will definitely stay here again next time

There are no slippers, you need to prepare them yourself. The location is very good, the surrounding restaurants are convenient, the layout of the room is unreasonable, and the location of the socket for charging is not convenient. The price/performance ratio is not very high. The location is better than the price.

Great hosts… very friendly and welcoming. Apartment is great! Modern, clean, location is perfect… nice building. I had a very nice stay and definitely recommend… 😄

It appears that this place has had a change in ownership and the new manager is amazing. It is nice to have a human face behind everything. The staff at the desk are very professional, responsive and helpful! The room is clean and well equipped. The location is also unbeatable, as there are shops (inc. a KFC) within walking distance and the Glen Shopping Centre is only minutes away. I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely come again!

Have stayed here twice for extended work trips with very different feedback each time. 1st stay - Executive Studio, 1 Bedroom - Lovely modern clean room, free undercover parking and balcony. Everything you need for a business trip. Washing machine and dryer, secure access up the lift no problems. I liked so much I requested to stay here appose to Quest for my next trip. 2nd stay - Executive Apartment, 2 Bedroom (free upgrade from 1 bedroom booking) - OLD apartment beside the door above the garage door. All night you were woken by the garage door going up and down. The apartment door was beside the entry door which would wake you every time someone would enter or exit. Car parking was in the complex but not secure with a roller door like last time. Carpet needed a good wash, bottom floor no balcony. Bathroom needed a facelift. Not sure if I would stay here again unless I was guaranteed a room away from the garage door and entry door. The studio I originally stayed in was worth so much better than the 2 bedroom (even though the 2br was more expensive). Such a let down after the excellent stay I had initially.
