Not picking up enquiry phone call, luckily a staff from next store show up and call the private number of the household...
No Wifi password is provided, but we have been told its show on the fridge.

The location is superb, the apartment/room is clean.
However, the WiFi signal is terrible and the only way to contact the front desk is to go to see them, the telephone in the room didn't work.
The attitude of the receptionist is less than helpful.

It's very good. The location is very good. All the food downstairs is not only Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Western food, but also the room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, microwave, gas stove, etc. It is also very close to Monash University and the subway station. It's just downstairs. The only drawback is that it's noisy next to the road.
