As soon as i pulled up to this place i knew i had made the wrong choice. The people they have roaming around the property and on the property threw red flags immediately. Second, after standing in the smallest lobby/waiting area/check in, i was told that 1 of the 2 rooms i had BOOKED ALMOST 2 MONTHS AGO, was not available. They didn't have enough rooms to accommodate me, even though i had previously booked. I didnt understand. Very horrible service and will not be going back there again for nothing. Id rather sleep in my car.

I booked 5 nights in advance, paid in full through Super.com which is a wonderful site/app especially if you travel a good bit and even if you don't because of all the cashback they give you on every purchase you make with the super pay card that just uses the money in your back account when you use it but gives you minimum 10% cash bank on everything. Well i also booked in advanced because thats the only way to really fet 5he best affordable rates and all. Well i get to the property to check in only to be told that there are no rooms available for me. I informed her that i had already paid in advanced. And she informed me with an ill tempered attitude that it didnt matter cause that property goes on first come first serve and i had booked through s 3rd party so im not guaranteed a room even tho i paid. So i reach out to super which only agreed to give ma a full refund plus 10%. I came here from 1400 miles away for a short job. Which i they fired m because i couldn't stay awake and alert due to trying to get sleep in my vehicle in below freezing weather because super issued a refund bur it wont be tho through diff 3-5 business days so i have not the funds to get another room with somewhere else nor would i be able to get it for that rate having to book last minute. Also i went on there official website and it showed they had rooms available to book while i was in the parking lot after being refused a room i had already paid on full for. This has put me in a very terrible situation and costed way more than what i originally paid in da my financial damages, employment loss, as well as hardship and mental distress, and now im stuck in a place i know nobody, have no shelter, no funds available, and not enough fuel in my vehicle to Hardly make it anywhere to get assistance, and it's below freezing outside with me not being prepared for this type whether as i am unfamiliar with this part of the country as i grew up and lived my life in Georgia, the deep humid hot South. So yeah ive actually been contemplating on some petty crimes just to get warmer clothing and food supplies. This place should be placed under more professional experienced staff or shut down. I will be seeking litigation

Worse than bad. Filthy rooms beyond repair. Sketchy people milling around at all hours. Someone banging on our door around 4:00 am? No bedspread. Only dirty stained sheets. Cleaning barged in the room unannounced at 8:45 am. Not worth any kind of savings.
