Before going, I sent an email to the hotel in advance to communicate that I had been there for the anniversary. As soon as you enter the hotel, every staff member will say happy anniversary to you, which is really warm! Maybe it was too late after arriving at the hotel? ? There are no queen beds, only twin beds➕We just had our anniversary and they upgraded us to a bungalow of 1,500 pounds per night! However, when I went there, the water was so cold that I couldn't swim at all. We went out for dinner on the anniversary day and it was a great surprise when we came back. They prepared anniversary cakes and champagne for us. Zundu was beautiful! The scenery is really beautiful! By the way, I also took a look at kea island O&O. It won’t open until the beginning of April. I plan to go there for my birthday!

This hotel is said to be five-star online, but the stars abroad are actually different from those in China, which is the standard of three stars in China. The picture of the swimming pool is seriously faked. In fact, it is a very small swimming pool on the first floor and you can't see the sea at all. It's a bit of false advertising. The hotel is next to the main road, the doors and windows are not soundproofed, and the noise is quite loud. We told the front desk to check out half an hour later, and they agreed. When checking out, they insisted on 150 euros, saying that they only talked about one room and the other room would be charged. Later, after repeated communication, they waived the payment. Definitely recommend this hotel. I've never written a review before. Welcoming from the moment you step into the hotel. Staff are extremely helpful and carry a warm smile. Restaurant staff go out of their way to meet your requirements. And they even allow you to store your luggage if your flight is later then your check out. Not only they allow you to all that, but go as far as allowing you to use the pool area..the swimming pool shower. One of the best experiences I've had staying in a hotel. Top. 💯
