Wohnung und Lage ok. Das Rauchen auf den unteren Balkonen hat erheblich gestört, da bis tief in der Nacht kein Lüften ohne Qualmgeruch möglich war.

Wir hatten sehr schönes Wetter, die Wohnung ist absolut zentral aber trotzdem ruhig und man sieht durch die Bäume auch auf die Ostsee. Die Fahrradgarage befindet sich allerdings im Keller und ist über das Treppenhaus erreichbar, wir haben die Räder in der Garage abgestellt und das Auto im Hof, ging wahrscheinlich nur weil noch nicht so viel los war.

Top Lage, zentral aber dennoch ruhig
Objekt liegt super zentral, aber wie bereits gesagt sehr ruhig! Grundgeruch der Wohnung nach kalten Rauch, aber nicht allzu stark. Möbel und Inventar minimalistisch aber funktional.

Super Lage, zentral und doch ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden, was man braucht, auch wenn man selbst kocht...Der Check in war etwas altbacken und nicht zeitgemäß, das haben wir schon deutlich effektiver erlebt. Dafür kann aber weder die Wohnung noch der Eigentümer etwas...
