Sempre que vamos a Goiânia ficamos nesse Hotel, café da manhã bastante farto. Ótimos funcionários principalmente os garçons, mas acho que andou trocando a gerência , antes o bem estar do hóspede era levado em conta , agora fiquei muito decepcionada. Meu filho foi juntamente com os avós e amigos idosos, mais de 80 anos inclusive, tinham um voo e não abriram uma exceção para que pudessem tomar o café mais cedo, inclusive foi dito que teria diabeticos no grupo. DECEPÇÃO. Cafe as 6:30 .

Péssimaaaa experiência. Recepcionista grosseira, funcionários não ajudaram nem na limpeza do espaço de eventos, 6h para alguém aparecer e tirar os pratos das mesas, tinha cocô de barata, garrafa de cerveja jogada, a sonorização era para ter chego para montagem do evento as 13h e chegaram só as 21h da noite. O pessoal de eventos não atende, grosseiros e sem educação, resolveram a situação somente quando nossos advogados entraram em contato. Total descaso com nosso evento.

Um barulho insuportável do ar condicionado no quarto 32 e o cardapio não vale o preço, seria melhor sair e ir comer no shopping do que pagar um absurdo neste lugar por uma comida razoável, pra não dizer meia boca eu não pretendo voltar........

Hotel bom para uma viagem rápida de negócios. Quarto limpo e silencioso e uma antessala que permite trabalhar tranquilamente. Banheiro um pouco escuro. Localização é boa, bem em frente ao shopping Flamboyant, que dá para ir andando. Café da manhã ok e funcionários educados e solícitos.

Hotel ótimo, estrutura boa, um bom custo beneficio, o único problema foi que meu voo saia as 7, pedi pra comer algo antes do horário um suco com qualquer coisa que estivesse pronta e no dia anterior me informaram que seria possível, mas na manhã seguinte me foi negado inclusive perguntar ao pessoal do refeitório uma pena.

Bem localizado ao lado do melhor shopping de Goiânia, quarto completo, banheiro bom e limpo. Café da manhã não tem nada de surpreendente mas é mais do que suficiente pra saciar sua fome e começar bem o dia.
