The service from booking to departure was wonderful, only the check-in was late, I could have made it more flexible, I waited 3 hours to do it. Me and my daughter we hosted, 2 adults, but if it was a child it would be unpleasant.

Terrible! I booked a DELUXE room. Close to check-in time, they informed me that they had a maintenance problem and would direct me to another room. Without much clarity, I ask if it would be a room in the same category. They respond with a photo, but without verbalizing that it would be worse. After my observation and note, they say that it is inferior. I ask if they will return the money for the difference, although I don't want to fight about the situation as the right thing to do would be an upgrade in these cases. They say yes, they would refund the amount. I've already charged him 3 times via WhatsApp and no response. Other than that, the room was disgusting. Run from this place

It looked like a horror movie. Terrible. Mold everywhere. Bed and bath linen with a used appearance. Dirty room. The reception itself confirmed that there were several complaints. I'm trying to get a refund. I had to look for another place. I do not recommend.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and noticed that it is poorly maintained and lacks maintenance. The location is great, close to everything. But the gym needs to replace the equipment, which is outdated and unmaintained, even the water filter is not working. The pool didn't even have a ladder to get in or out, people without mobility can't use it because it doesn't have a ramp, there's also a lack of maintenance, there's a lot of tiles missing, there's a high chance of someone getting hurt, the bottom filter is the old one, which runs the risk of sucking children's hair, it needs to be changed urgently. Improve cleaning in common areas, despite the building being painted, cleaning must be redoubled. The valet service and night security are very good, the check-in service too. These are points to improve in order to return more often.

For the second day I have been staying at this hotel without being able to watch TV and without any support from the hotel. And to make me more irritated with this accommodation, they didn't even clean the room. Terrible service, only one person to assist at reception and always a queue. Dirty, old rooms and an electric shower, which is something that in my travels, and I travel a lot for work, I don't remember seeing. All in all, a terrible hotel and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. First and certainly the last time I stay at this place

Until you have patience with breakfast employees, who are not very friendly (you drink your coffee and leave). Until you have to see the curtain in your room all torn up and the toilet seat broken, you can take it easy... one weekend, do what you turn a blind eye and accept. But if you agree on the payment method and it's not fulfilled and you only find out when you get back home, TERRIBLE! My assessment is that the Bristol de Goiania is a denial, look that VCs sell it as a 3 star Hotel, but the correct one would be category 2, the best and most honest would be without category!!! Before I would have stayed at PLAZA IN, which I usually stay at and it doesn't disappoint! UNFORTUNATE !!!

Camping with a tent is much better, showers with cold water, very old apartments, very bad swimming pool, I believe that camping with a tent is more viable. The only thing that is cool is the location, the rest is terrible. I don't recommend it to anyone.

We booked in advance online, 4 nights, vacation trip with the family, when we arrived they couldn't find our daily rate, they made us pay again, even though we showed proof. They were not cordial, not kind, a terrible place to stay. Disorganized, shower with cold water, dirty room, cooktop with food residue. Don't stay!

Unprepared receptionists with poor service. The hotel did not register one of the rooms in the reservation, and in addition to not solving the problem promptly, they offered an inferior room. They only resolved it after more than 2 hours of waiting. Bathroom door stuck. Breakfast didn't have many options and what was available had several mosquitoes on it.
