Booked a standard room with two double beds as a room for our family of 3 (2 adults and a teen), to sleep at after an event on the Gold Coast. Whilst not their issue our navigation app couldn't locate the property and when I called, I was told to use google maps. Reception was polite and on check in provided a physical room key and an electronic tag, and directions for parking. Our room was 1010, which is on the ground floor. A corridor left of the main foyer winds around, going outside and having a more motel vibe, outdoor corridors were tiled and wet and slippery. Struggled to open the door to our room with the key, unpacked and left for our function The room was very basic as expected, with shower, bath, toilet, kitchenette and tv. A sliding door to access a shared grass courtyard by the pool. We did not use any of the room or hotel facilities, beyond the bed and bathroom. After attending our event, we retuned around 9.30pm, and could not open the room door. Bar staff directed us to Mae, she was considerate, she and my husband could not get the lock to open. We ended up accessing the room via the sliding door at the rear, the screen door was unlocked (which was on us, as we opened the glass door to air the room out - it smelled stale - and assumed the screen was locked), Mae was apologetic i am thankful we returned early enough that staff were still on-site. Beds were ok, corridor was noisy especially luggage carts being wheeler through. Was fit for purpose, but the lock/security was concerning. It appeared the lock had been replaced by a handyman vs a locksmith. I wouldn't return

The reception with checking in were 100% friendly -& it was an easy transition!! Not having to pay an expensive security/key deposit as alot of other accommodation facilities*motels/hotels/any form of rentals * was fantastic too. The room was good for the price which out of all this weekend's rates was the cheapest but probably the best overall with what was still left available? All amenities in the pre-paid for room were good but the couch in their made it better also. Only thing I didn't like was the television wasn't picking up all the main channels or it wasn't tuned in properly after the bad weather recently maybe?

The room is too big, close to the beach, convenient for parking, especially suitable for long stays.

In the Coolangatta district of Gold Coast, close to Greenmount Beach, Rainbow Commodore Coolangatta has an outdoor swimming pool and a washing machine. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The aparthotel provides guests with a balcony, sea views, a seating area, cable flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and a private bathroom with bath and a hair dryer. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also offered, as well as a kettle. At the aparthotel, the units include bed linen and towels. 呢間酒店嘅櫃台比較隱蔽，店面很細。如果沒人指路還有點不好找。  我們住42樓 ，城景。景觀很好！房間內也幾漂亮，舒服。 這酒店有免費泊車位提供，自駕的話是非常的好！ 早上露台有時會有幾隻七彩鸚鵡來探訪。好可愛！ 樓下便是超級市場，走去衝浪這天堂也是5分鐘左右腳程。位置很方便！ 但是清潔度很差，熱水壺有陳年舊漬，很污糟，不能用。地毯踩上去感覺是黏黏的，就是多年沒洗過的感覺。玻璃窗也是很多漬。  員工方面， 態度還好啦～ 有笑容不差，但感覺上也不是特別殷勤。 下次再來我未必會住這裡，因為有小孩子，乾淨的住宿很重要。

The room was not as big as the description, and the overall look was very dark, so the whole room seemed a bit worn out. In addition, Ctrip's room description includes breakfast, but after many inquiries and communication with the hotel front desk, I said that there is no corresponding provision. Although Ctrip finally reimbursed me according to the invoice, the hotel and Ctrip, a third-party platform, made a mistake and finally affected my mood. Overall a failed check-in process. Although the hotel environment is good, but the location is far from the beach, which does not meet my choice of location.

We have now stayed at Le Beach quite a few times and it never disappoints. The location is perfect for the beach, shops, surf clubs, bars and restaurants, all an easy walk. The grounds are immaculately kept by Steve, and it is clear he takes pride in the property. The team at reception are so friendly and helpful, you want just to pop in to say hi as you're going past. The apartments themselves are perfect for couples or families. Whenever we have stayed the guests have always been respectful with the noise. The ability to self-cater is a game changer and the communal bbq's are always clean, and a great place to meet other guests over a beer. This place for us is truly 10/10
