The hotel is spacious and clean. Big thanks to lovely reception team. They are all fantastic. Housekeeping team also does great job. Most bar staff were lovely as well. There is one woman who is absolutely shocking. Looks like one of the supervisors who had to cover bar and her behaviour is vile. Snappy , aggressive and clearly not enjoyong it. Disgraceful behaviour towards paying customers. Have to admit never seen anything like it in any hotels we have been to. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable with WiFi, fridge and air con. There is hair dryer in the bathroom and air dryer for clothes. Big closet ,tv and in general very comfortable conditions for your stay. There are signs to not take food our of dining room ,however you see tons of people doing it and not one staff reacting. Same with filling drinks bottles. Plenty coffee machines and drink dispensers, but running out quick and staff are not to keen to replace it straight away. Wanted to say Big thanks to Ivo (bartender ). He definitely made our stay enjoyable and one of the kindest staff in Atlas. I think management has some improvements to make and definitely need to provide customer service training to some staff. They need to learn to respect people who spend their hard earned money for them to have a job.

Atlas hotel is a UALL hotel with super delicious foods. The variety of foods in all meals were great. They also provided snacks in the afternoon. We got a white wine as a gift as we checked in. The room was spacious enough and super clean. All rooms have a balcony looking over either the sea or the woods. Rooms are cleaned and bed sheets and towels are changed everyday if you want. The mattresses are comfy. The hotel provides various fun activities for guests for free. It doesn't have a disco in the basement which means you can sleep well at night, and you can go to Astra hotel's disco for free. The hotel is well located and you can go to the Golden Sands beach easily on feet in a couple of minutes. Staff are friendly and they all know English. It has indoor and outdoor swimming pools which are clean but a little bit small. In all I don't think there is anything that this hotel doesn't offer you for a great stay.

Let's start with the pluses, it's definitely the location and the daily change of towels. The younger bartender is nice, but in the evenings one person at the bar is definitely not enough. There are no complaints about the service in general. But there are more minuses - the water in the outdoor pool is freezing, sitting there for a few minutes you could freeze, on the beach it's much warmer. The outdoor pool is only open until 6 pm, and the indoor until 7 pm, which unfortunately seems a bit too short to us. There is no music by the pools. In the lobby with the bar in the evenings there is also generally no excitement, sometimes a match was on. No entertainment for adults, nor promised cooking shows. The food is terrible - terribly greasy, breakfasts are the same every day, for lunch mainly chicken and for dinner reheated dinner, where reheated is too strong a word because they tended to get cold. Twice we came across a hair in the pasta bake.. the peppers often tasted as if they were already rotten, as did the tomatoes, not to mention the melon. Soup was literally oil and water. Roasted potatoes were also swimming in oil. Sometimes only water came out of the drinks machine, and if it was refilled, the juices were heavily diluted anyway. Every dessert tasted the same as an old sponge cake. The snacks available between lunch and dinner were in the lobby outside so they were covered in wasps and flies, only on the penultimate day did the staff start covering them up. A plus for access to scooped ice cream all day long. Halfway through our trip, 3 or 4 COACHES with young people who had some sports competitions arrived at the hotel. It is a really big hotel, but they were unable to allocate a separate floor or at least give rooms next to each other. So we had a room between them, which is why every day before breakfast we were woken up by banging on the door because they were "mistaken" and thought it was a friend's room... also after returning from training. Paying attention did not help. In the evening they ran around the corridors with deodorant and a lighter, spraying and chasing each other. Or they changed the signs on the doors regarding cleaning. At lunches and dinners they put gigantic portions on plates, which of course they did not eat 3/4 of which were left on the tables, and the rest of the guests had to wait for the staff to add food. The hotel walls were very thin, you could hear conversations and the alarm clock from the room next door. The balcony was small, barely enough for two people. Towels by the pool were supposedly included in the price, but there were none there. The ping-pong table was also included in the price, but there were no paddles. The gym was something like the cheapest, garage gym. There was a strange smell in the dining room and in the bathrooms right next door, but fortunately not in the room. If we had the opportunity to go to the golden sands again, we would definitely avoid this hotel.

1. There is the same food pretty much every day, and it doesn't taste good at all! (We ate in the hotel 3 out of 7 days, and the rest we ate somewhere else) 2. All of the staff are very unmotivated! 3. With all-inclusive, there are five alcoholic drinks to choose from, all of which are inedible (cheapest alcohol/anti-alcoholic drinks) 4. The lifts are a disgrace!!! You wait 10 minutes and then the lift is full again!! 5. There are four of us in one room. Two of us sleep in a single bed and the other two on a broken, old, disgusting, uncomfortable sofa that you really can't/don't want to sleep on!!! 6. The snacks that are supposedly available at all times only consist of one pizza (not good), instead of the promised hot dog, burger and pizza.

Ogólnie pobyt bardzo udany, Hotel położony w samym centrum złotych piasków, do plaży kilka minut spacerkiem, plaża i morze cudowne, w centrum wiele atrakcji.

Вас будут убивать а они "we cant do somthing".
