"Currently here and it’s one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The food is awful and with 3 children from 14-7 we have eaten out most evenings. Chicken and pork is the constant on the menu, puddings are not even worth a taste. Staff are rude, hotel is dated. Sunbeds are plenty which is about the only plus. Pool bar isn’t included in the all inclusive. I would strongly suggest paying a bit extra and going and staying somewhere you can at least have a decent dining experience!"

"The hotel has a very good location only 300 m. from the beach. Good breakfast however better to go later as food is fresher. Receptionists were friendly and helpful as on our arrival we were not given the correct room allocation and twice during our 6 days stay house keeping had missed our room, leading to unchanged towels and linen, which is not acceptable based on the star rating of the hotel."

"The recepcionist was very uninterested and unfriendly. We did not feel very welcome when we arrived. We are staying at the second floor and it smells bad in the hallway. The shower is broken, still usable though. Food is of poor quality. The fried fish was dry, the watermelons were warm, deserts are the same too sweet frosting with different packiging. Totally not what we expected of this hotel. One big bottle of water costs 4,6 EURO. That is crazy in my opinion."

"Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely unfriendly and showed little to no interest in helping guests. Every question or request was met with irritation, and some issues were simply ignored. The room was dirty, with dust, a poorly cleaned bathroom, and it felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long time. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The food was also very disappointing. The selection was very limited, many dishes were served cold, and the quality of the ingredients left much to be desired. The menu barely changed from day to day, so after a couple of days we didn’t even want to eat there anymore. Overall, our impression of the hotel was extremely negative. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher level of service. We would not return to this hotel and cannot recommend it to anyone."

"After a thorough research we have chosen this hotel because of good reviews. The hotel is very clean, bright and with an amazing customer service attitude from all staff members (except the lifeguard at the swimming pool who was not very pleasant). We had a few issues in the room on the first day, but they were attended at the same minute we told and resolved very quickly. Our stay was smooth and pleasant. We loved the fact that the hotel was not big and there were no activities or program - just a place to rest. "

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND! COCKROACHES! I've attached a photo, be sure to check it out! Don't waste your vacation on this hotel! Wasted money and negative emotions! The hotel does not live up to the stars. Very dirty, the pool is open until 17 and there are not enough sun loungers, for 3 days a light bulb floated in the pool (there is a photo). The room was on the 4th floor, very dirty and old! Even the trash can was enameled and rusty from USSR times. They write about 2 bass, but on the roof it’s paid! The bar near the Basik serves beer and sweet drinks, without cocktails or alcohol. There is no snack bar - although they write that there is! The sockets are dark, you can’t bring children with you, they will kill you (I’m attaching a photo) they were sticking out from the wall a couple of cm. The bed was splattered (see photo). And the icing on the cake is COCKROACHES in the room! I took the photo on their business card, no questions asked. You can eat food, such as lettuce, eggs, pastries. The fish was in batter and I didn’t find it in it.... once every 3 days there were nuggets and frishka... They understand Russian and Ukrainian languages ​​when they ask for money, but when they show a srach or a cockroach, they pretend that they are deaf and dumb ... I was on vacation with my child and it is clear that the child did not eat normally in the canteen, I took him 1 peach to the beach, they stopped me like a criminal and shouted at me to leave this peach and snatched it out of my hands. The location is the only plus of this hotel! Right on the beach, but there is a couple of meters near the water only free of charge, if you have a sun lounger or under an umbrella - you have to pay! Maybe once this hotel was worthy, now it is a miserable USSR past. And the rules also say that if they find food in the room, there will be a FINE! If they took off your bracelet, but you are still waiting for the transfer, they won’t even give you water! In response - there is a store across the street!"

"Let me start by saying when I read reviews on here about things I normally think well that's their opinion and it could be different for me..well on this occasion I wish I'd taken note of the reviews because it was awful. Good bits.. Lovely reception staff.. Always had smile for you no matter what time of day. Comfortable bed... I want to know where they got it from so I can have one. Beach...The beach is only a 2 min walk across the road. Bad bits.. Food inedible...my son isn't a fussy eater but even he couldn't eat it. There were 2 choices but it was cold and swimming in grease, when they went to fill it up they put the new food on top of the old food,only 1 choice of cold meat and bit of salad which I might had was covered in fly's, tiny pieces of same cake every night and not much of it once it was gone it was gone. Sleep...Loud music from German bar across the road from lunchtime until gone midnight even with balcony door and bathroom window closed you can still hear it ,yes I know that's not the hotels fault but surely there is something can be done about it because you just can't sleep for the noise and you certainly can't sit on the balcony enjoying the fantastic sea views. Towels.. they only change them once in a week..went down to find out why but they said it's the hotel policy !!!! Pool area.... plenty of sun beds but a lot of them broke...pool area isn't very big and the pool is more of a plunge pool not swimming pool... There is no entertainment at the hotel but you are only a minute walk away from the bars and shops and yes that awful loud German bar too..This is more of a 2* plus hotel NOT 3*."

"Prestige Hotel & Aquapark, Bulgaria – a scam from start to finish. 3 days with the same towel, and if you want to change it, it’s 10 leva. The food? The same every single day, bland and unimaginative. The room smells like garbage because of the dumpsters right outside. They lied about having a beach – there isn’t one! And if you want a sunbed, it’s 12 leva. All-inclusive only in name; in reality, it’s all-exclusive. I wouldn’t recommend it even to my worst enemies."
