Golmud Leica Hotel

The room was terrible. There was no air conditioning. The front desk said it would cool down at night, but it still wasn't cool enough at 2 a.m. I slept with the windows open, and the neon lights across the street were too bright to sleep. The noise from the traffic was also too loud. This was a truly terrible experience on my trip to Qinghai. I also had to say that Ctrip's data tricks stung me. When I booked a room that afternoon, they kept recommending this hotel, but when I went to charge my phone, I found several hotels had rooms available. The hotel's cleanliness was also poor, with dirty sofas and carpets. The breakfast was also terrible, with poor quality and limited options.

The hotel decoration is very ordinary. I called to check out before 12 o'clock and was told that I had to leave before 1 o'clock. There was no hot water for showering. The stay experience was very bad.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. It was a very satisfying stay!

They called me before midnight and asked me to check out. I slept in the morning, but they called me at midnight. Which hotel has such an unfair clause? I give a bad review. I don't know what Ctrip's rules are. I checked out at 12 o'clock, but it was already 12 o'clock in the evening. The actual check-in time is only 12 hours, but Chinese law stipulates that hotel check-in is a 24-hour system.

The room is quite large, and it would be more perfect if the ventilation was improved.

Good hotel, clean and sanitary, good service quality

I have been to Golmud many times on business. This is the first time I stayed in this hotel. The overall feeling is really good. Whether it is the cleanliness or the service attitude, I am very satisfied. Plus the breakfast is quite appetizing. Recommended
