Location is good. Beside a small mall and also near to 1 of the popular restaurants. Room is quite spacious and clean.. but the air con was a bit hard to control - too cold if we on the fan even to the lowest; seemed like no ventilation when we off the fan. The comforter was not very thick so it was still freezing for us when we had the fan on.
But overall still a good stay.

This is amazing hotel for its price.
First of all, the room is sufficiently big. The bed is comfy, and you got 4 pillows. Amenities are complete. You even got the premium glass water bottle. The room and hotel style is matching the Keraton style, so you got the Yogyakarta vibe upon staying , and this is very nice. The TV is loaded with Netflix, HBO, Prime, Disney+, and other local channels. Cabinet is surprisingly clean, despite its classic retro style looks.
The hotel is right downtown, so it is near to go amywhere. Next to it there is a cafe, so I can get coffee and cake with ease. Plenty food to select on gofood nearby the hotel. It has car park.
The hotel doesnโt have so many rooms, so it felt like very private, quiet, and comfortable.
The best part is their staffsโ warm welcome and high quality service level. When I book the hotel, I made a mistake regarding the date (I think the app automatically changed to next week if I am booking it next day or something). So I ended up book for the following week. The app said this hotel is non-refundable and cannot adjust the check in time. I contacted the hotel directly and they are EXTREMELY nice and very accommodating. Despite the rules of non changing from the platform, they bypass the system and allow me to change to the date I plan to visit. So far, I only encounter this level of flexibility and assistance only when I was staying in a high end 5-stars hotel. Therefore, big thumbs up for the hotel management! ๐๐๐

GGuest UserI had good stay as my room was well kempt, and windows were directly lighten up by the sunlight. However, in terms of amenities, i noticed that there was no iron and iron board. The refrigerator was broken as well and there was a conmecting door to the other room which i find it odd. Anyway, this experience did not affect me because of the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff. I appreciate them contacting me to ask if they can clean as was in DND mode. Overall, i will still book again in this hotel for another opportunity of business travel

PPEICHANI have a great stay in FaveHotel Malioboro. The only downside is there is no fitness room and the mosque is beside the hotel. Every morning we will be awaken by the prayers. Other than that, everything is good, near to Malioboro street. In addition ,I would like to give compliment to Miss April and the hotel driver. Miss April was really helpful and caring. I fell down when I jogged on 28/8, the staff immediately called the driver to fetch me to the 24 hours clinic. The driver help me to get the medicine and pay the medical fees first as I didn't bring money to the clinic. Miss April helped me to purchase the train tickets to Yogyakarta International Airport as I was not able to do the online payment. I really feel warm. All the staff are well manner, there provide welcome drinks and every floor has a free water cooler. The buffet breakfast is good. The hotel also provides free shuttle to Train Station. Thanks again to Favehotel Malioboro! If I come again, I will choose to stay here again.

DDinaHairiItโs a beautiful hotel with a luxurious feel. The pleasant fragrance at the entrance creates a welcoming atmosphere. The interior design is unique and modern.. I truly enjoyed my two-night stay here. The hospitality was exceptional, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive chocolates upon check-in both days.

SSophie Not worth for 3 star hotel. the room is old. Bed linen has stain. Smell, and toilet have mold, need to renovation. 5th Floor is dirty also have a big hole on the wall, the just put jobs picture to cover that hold.

I had problem with the bed and the phone didnโt work. The staff came immediately to fix and help me to move to another room. Despite this issue, I would still recommend this hotel due to the superb service, cleanliness and the friendly fast response staffs.
Only one note that they are very strict with check in and check out time.

GGuest UserThe location is considered to be in the city center. There is a shopping mall next door, which is very convenient. If you need a convenience store, there is only a convenience store opposite the shopping mall. It is a bit dangerous to cross the road. The hotel service is very timely and good.

EEdward AlizarIn general we are quite satisfied with the condition of the rooms, cleanliness and food. Coincidentally we got a room on the 6th floor. The thing that needs to be improved is the WiFi connection which is quite difficult on the 6th floor, but in the lobby it is quite smooth. Apart from that, the position of the prayer room is on the basement floor which is less representative. Hopefully it can be repaired and improved in the future. Thank you (Edwar Alizar).
