We stayed for 6 nights and check in was smooth - attended by Ms Febi who is soft spoken and very detailed in her explaination of the facilities etc. We start off with a bad night as the aircon compressor chose to breakdown. However, we only asked for assistance on the next morning which the front desk activated the technician who came by very promptly. The aircon settled but it again break down in the evening. We informed front desk and happened to be Ms Febi attended to the call and this time, we are move to the new room. Ms Febi came personally to the room to help move our baggages to the new room. It meant alot and shown a high level of customer service. We hope the management can show recognition to her. Another staff who assisted us with check out, Ms Danisha, very professional and prompt in ensuring a smooth check out process. The security officers, restaurant staff and house keeping are also friendly, always ready to help. Thumbs up to the hotel! Recommended as it is in the middle of Malioboro.

Nice pod concept, although the location is sort of creepy despite being right across a train station. The hostel is 100% safe thanks to the unique QR code an app system you have to use to open the main door and the pods, but the place itself is situated in a dilapidated building, with trash on the stairs. Right outside there's some street food vendors, but once again, they give you a creepy vive alongside all the people loitering there. FamilyMart and Lawson and a local convenience store are downstairs. The hostel itself is clean and the staff are nice, so much so I staid at their sister hotel in Jogjakarta, which is identical in every way. Good english. Breakfast is sort of mediocre but free (cereal with milk manually prepackaged on a cardboard box), but you can't purchase their frozen meals unless you have an Indonesian mobile app (no cash). Far from everything, but that's Jakarta for you, a city you should skip unless you have business to conduct.

Clean and organised hotel. Decent rooms in a very central location close to train station and Malioboro st. Recommend if you want easy access to train

De lokatie was een Losmen (homestay) Basic maar prima. Ernaast is ook een restaurant aanwezig. Prima eten en niet duur. vriendelijk personeel.

Nice hotel , room quite good , breakfast not for western travelers. The area (malioboro) is only for local, so nice to have a local experience but you won’t find any western tourist here . Good rooftop

Even though the room is quite narrow, it is still OK, the AC is cold to the point of freezing. The bathroom is clean, warm water works well. The receptionist is good. I woke up too late even though I had breakfast, when I was drinking coffee and saw that there was white bread, I wanted to eat it and because there was only leftovers left, I asked for fresh bread to be given too. Asked for additional blankets and towels and soap were also given. Very cheap prices, still get discounts from the Lali application. Overall, if you're a backpacker, you'll definitely come here again 😄👍👍👍
