Nice hotel, smiling and professional staff. But (and this is why the facilities are rated 2/5), no hot water, apparently due to a boiler bug when asked... the information is that "we forced the hot water and it will be better in a few hours". It's complicated to wash with cold water in the morning, and I can't wait.

This is more of a Motel as others have said. It does have a conference room though. The room was small and felt very cold when you go in. The room is very dated with a cracked sink and black mould on some of the tiles above the bath. Only a small amount but easily fixed with minimal effort. The WiFi signal was good and there is no password to remember. The restaurant doesn't have much choice but what was provided tasted OK. There is plenty of parking but the barrier is not in use so didn't feel very secure. Also as the rooms have a path in front you sometimes get disturbed by other guests walking past. It was unfortunate that I had a load of very loud Canadian students staying near me shouting and making noise. The walls are quite thin. Bring ear plugs! There is also some traffic noise during the afternoon. Overall it was OK and the price was very reasonable. The staff were helpful and polite. But it could do with a bit of a makeover.

un véritable cauchemar C'est un vieux hôtel, nous avions une chambre avec une porte de chambre extérieure non isolée, ce qui permettait à des insectes de toutes sortes d'entrer depuis le jardin. Le sol (bleu foncé) était infesté de cafards et d'araignées de toutes tailles. Il y avait également des araignées sur le rideau et sur le lit. Lorsque j'ai exprimé ma préoccupation à l'agent d'accueil, il m'a répondu : "Oui, c'est normal dans notre établissement, nous ne pourrons rien faire à ce sujet. N'avez-vous pas déjà eu des araignées chez vous ?" Donc, si l'on part de leur principe et que vous trouvez des rats ou autre chose à l'hôtel, ne soyez pas surpris car il y a bien des gens qui ont des rats chez eux !

FUYEZ!! Ma partenaire et moi y avons séjourné ce jeudi 14juillet 2022, la chambre d'apparence propre et rangée et un accueil assez chaleureux. Jusqu'au lendemain où nous avons trouvé un cafard gisant sur le sol et d'autres insectes. Nous savons qu'en ces temps de fortes périodes il peux y avoir des insectes. Ce à quoi nous avons été voir la réceptionniste pour lui parler de ces nuisibles et du fort désagrément de retrouver un cafard à notre réveil. Et c'est d'un ton assez condescendant qu'elle m'a répondu, « ce ne sont pas des cafards mais des blattes » madame renseignez vous c'est la même chose, le soucis n'étant pas l'appellation mais bien les nuisibles, a quoi elle a rajouté « vous en a chez pas chez vous ? Moi ça arrive » et bien c'est votre soucis, je ne paye pas 110€ la nuit pour me retrouver avec un cafard dans ma salle de bains, nous sommes étudiantes et déverser une telle somme n'est pas anodin pour nous, alors qu'on nous prenne de haut et qu'on ne nous fasse aucun geste commercial même petit je trouve ça littéralement honteux. Très déçu du personnel je ne reviendrai plus jamais là bas !!!
