The customer service quickly sent an electric heating plate (the first time I saw such a thing, I thought it was quite interesting). The lake view room I booked was on the 3rd floor, there was no elevator, I had few things but was a bit breathless (but that was the price of the view) Environment: The scenery in the corridor is very nice! ! ! But because it was cold and the camping table outside was a bit dirty, we didn't stay outside for too long. Come out and take a look from time to time

The room is very simple, the quilt is dirty, and the price is so expensive! I woke up in the morning and found that the quilt was very dirty. I actually slept with such a dirty quilt for a whole night. I want to vomit🤮 Hygiene: Poor

The location in the Basongcuo Scenic Area is absolutely perfect! It’s great to take photos at the observation deck! There is a row of outdoor tables and chairs in the landscape corridor on the third floor, where it is very pleasant to sit and chat.

The hotel is near the lake island. You can see trees and lake water in the room. Unexpectedly, you can see rainbows and snow-capped mountains in the room. The hotel has an observation deck and the environment is pretty good.

Hygiene: Very dirty. There was unwashed unknown liquid on the bed. The room was not very clean! I stayed here once in 21 years and thought it was nice but I didn't expect it to be like this! More than 500 a night! I regret it so much. There are many beautiful hotels in Jieba Village (I will have to be careful when choosing accommodation next time) Facilities: The pillow next to your head will make a knocking sound at night! Anyway, I didn’t sleep well last night!

The scenery of Basongcuo is very beautiful. The rooms in the resort hotel are very clean. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The beautiful lady at the front desk of the hotel is very enthusiastic and the service is very thoughtful. The rooms above the 2nd floor can directly see the lake. I highly recommend you to stay here.
