房間空間大歐派設計，服務態度非常好。11點到店已有房可入住。午休因三樓被打擾，工作人員直接幫換上七樓入住。建議住連鎖酒店訂含早餐的，因為都會配地方早餐：桂林米粉、油茶

恭城最好的酒店之一，位置方便，旅遊景點都很近。就是酒店大堂簡單了點。能夠在配套設施和酒店門口上稍微再改進一下就更好了。

前台服務超貼心，入住退房高效，有問題隨時幫忙解決。佈局合理，乾淨整潔，床品舒適，睡得超安穩。衞生間也無異味，熱水充足。
設施齊全，空調給力、網絡穩定。性價比超高，預算有限的朋友閉眼選，下次還來！

衝著維也納這個老牌子來的，大概22點辦理入住，我住這層在裝修，不知道其他樓層是不是也這樣，入住的時候工作人員也沒有告知，本想着將就住一晚，所以就沒有要求換房，睡到半夜施工人員居然在吵架，凌晨1:30左右！！！吵架！！！聲音巨大！！！被吵醒的時候以為是隔壁客人爭吵幾句就會結束，誰知道足足吵了10多分鐘，聽到好像是工頭在罵工人，給前台打電話讓他們來處理，後來完全沒有睡意！！！睜眼到天亮…工作人員也沒有給任何解釋，第二天也不沒有一句抱歉的話！！！不會再來，差評！給大家看看施工現場，感覺自己住進了一個工地！

還是老牌酒店比較放心，乾淨整潔，還有免費洗衣服務，地理位置好，在城中心，離文武廟近，出行方便，前台熱情，免費幫我升了級，早餐品種全，還有油茶。非常滿意的選擇。

恭城站打車過來十幾塊。到了後根據前台小哥哥的建議，步行去商業城嗦了個粉，走回酒店的路上，順便水果自由。第二天早上步行去瑤族博物館，然後再走去文廟，武廟。騎個小電動去瑤宴吃個飯，回來收拾行李打車去紅巖村了……超級堵車。
酒店就在大馬路邊上，衞生環境還可以，就是3樓一大早就開工裝修了，有點吵，勉強可以接受。

酒店在主街道上，但是門口不是朝着主街道開，需要拐到巷子裡邊。有地下停車場。到文武廟和博物館挺近的，大概步行1公里。吃飯購物可以步行約1公里左右到天和商場一帶（博物館公交站），那裡有油茶館等餐廳。最大的特點是房間有一喝茶的茶几和茶具。還贈送了一餅普洱茶。
