訂房間的時候害怕冷特意看了有沒有暖氣，看到上面寫了有暖氣才訂，結果去的時候什麼都沒有。房間小就不説了，訂了兩晚第二天的時候別説打掃房間衞生，連房間垃圾都沒來收一下，連個洗漱的都沒有，跟前台説拿個牙刷，結果答應完理都不理你，早上起來連牙都沒刷。好歹也是花了一百多塊錢住的，晚上睡覺冷的連衣服都不敢脱
