優點：1.市區中心交通便利。2.獨棟賓館，基礎設施俱全。3.三人間面積可滿足基礎需求，明窗明衞。
雷區：1.按金200卻衹給一張房卡，哪怕入住三人間。2.房間基礎設施陳舊急需翻新裝修，房門破洞，牆壁蹭黑，牆體裂痕，頂棚掉皮，洗手枱物品欄鬆動且照明燈損壞。3.電箱開關處有嗡鳴低噪持續整夜，電壓不穩導致蘋果設備充電時會產生觸電且指紋觸摸失靈。4.房間內兩瓶泉陽泉礦泉水並非贈飲，需要收費兩元一瓶但又不標明，在退房時前台才會提出要求收費。5.淋浴設備損壞漏水如圖所示。6.房間內空調衹能製冷不可制熱且無地暖，陽曆3月份入住冷到無法在室內脱衣休息。7.店家方面擺爛式服務，100多元價格在公主嶺市可以有更好的入住選擇。

離普通火車站不遠，步行十分鐘…旁邊是超市，電梯上樓，特價房不建議選擇，空間確實太小了，前台還要收取按金，房間除了洗漱用品其他的都收費！電視無法收看，網絡不好網速慢而且很不穩定，經常掉線！還好洗澡水還可以！

非常不好，屋裡沒有刮鬍刀，非説我給用了，他們沒放還説住客用了，屋裡水一共喝了一瓶，我自己給買了補上了，到最後説我們喝了兩瓶，也不知道怎麼查的房，誰入住，屋裡有沒有啥誰知道，提前也沒説，到走的時候，管你要錢，錢到不多，但是沒用就是沒用，真是啥心情都沒了，

房間小、廁所小，房間WIFI還不好。門口暗、走廊暗，兩眼抹黑看不見。樓梯窄、隔音差，隔壁動靜還挺大。

現在是半夜一點，剛開始以為誰在砸牆，下樓問了吧枱才知道，牆體外邊有電線因為有風一直在不停的搖擺撞牆，就像半夜很安靜有人在砸牆一樣，根本睡不着還不給解決，衞生間還漏水嘀嗒嘀嗒的。
