I had an amazing experience staying at this place. The place was being rebranded when I stayed so minor dents here and there. Other than that everything was good. The room was clean and no funky smells. The cute guy at the front desk was really helpful even though I checked in at late hours. The staff and the manager at the checkout were friendly and accommodating. Not many options for breakfast but it was okay. Overall stay was pleasant

Maybe needed more amenities. There wasn't makeup remover wipes. It was kid friendly. Everyone is nice and welcoming. The front desk worked around my check in. I didn't have a chance to check in at 3pm. I told front desk if could check in early but wouldn't be using the room until late night. They made it possible to get the key early and I am grateful about that experience.

The AC unit was not working properly in our room, and it was very uncomfortable trying to sleep in the heat even with the fans they brought to the room. There were no other rooms available to switch with, so we made the best of it. Then we had to deal with Roaches in the room. They did refund half of our funds. The truck did not come with the supplies for the breakfast meal so that was a bust as well. The Staff was friendly however and tried toto make accommodations and was able to move us to another room the next day and the AC was working in that one.

The Gonzales Microtel meet all of my expectations as a Wyndham property. The staff was courteous and funny! They were helpful with everything. Helping with the internet, finding ice and getting directions to different places in the area. They were extremely CLEAN!!! And there were hand sanitizers everywhere, they also provided guest with bottles that they could take with them. The breakfast was good and easy to get. I would recommend this hotel for the price, the staff and the maintenance. It was a very pleasant place to stay!

We stayed at the hotel for the Float Fest at a higher rate, which was extremely high in comparison to the amenities. The worst thing about it is the room was disgusting. Had a huge stain on the pull out couch sheet and the shower curtain was even worse. Also the bed had a spider on it. They changed the sheet on the pull out couch bed but did nothing with the shower curtain. If the room was normal price I wouldn’t have minded so much but since they jacked the price of the room for Float Fest they should care more about the appearance.

No working heater and 3 light fixtures out. Room was dark. Given other room with working heater but room was very dusty and unswept. Was awakened at 4:00 am . A man was trying to get into my room. Couldn't sleep anymore

Great experience. Rooms were clean and very friendly staff. Good breakfast! The location is perfect when in Gonzalez and there was ample truck parking available free of charge. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything went well during my stay. Cleanliness was on point. Location is central. Internet was fast. Beds were comfy. Staff was friendly and professional. I have enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back.
