We received the most friendliest service, when we arrived. The owners Jenny and Sebastian was so welcoming and me and my two kids really enjoyed it there. They offered us a delicious breakfast Saturday and Sunday and throughout, they told us about a little book store in the area that we visited three times! It was like heaven for my daughter who love bookstores. We took walks on the beach which is just opposite and took lots of photos. Manor on the bay is definitely a place I would go to again for a weekend stay.

We were welcomed on that day by the Friendly Host who helped us with our luggage.This is our second visit, great location, good accomodation,good nearby restuarant's along the beach front, and also a must, a visit to the nearby wine farms, Vergelegen and Lourensford.Highly recommended place to stay in Gordons Bay.

The accommodation is directly opposite the beach which is awesome. The accommodation is beautiful and well kept. The rooms are big and luxurious. The guesthouse is close to other restaurants. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. There is only meal made by the guesthouse which is served to all guests. The food did not satisfy my pallet at all times.

A very Big thank you to Sebastian and Jenny for the wonderful stay at the Manor. Beautiful clean rooms with wonderful breakfasts in the mornings. Excellent location across the road from the beach.

I spent a delightful few days at Manor on the Bay in April 2025. The hosts Sebastiaan and Jenny and their children were so genuine, warm and welcoming and were so obliging to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. Jenny and her team make an excellent cooked breakfast. I am looking forward to visiting Gordon's Bay and this wonderful guest house again. It feels like we are friends for life.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, which exceeded expectations. The accommodations were stunning, with breathtaking scenery, immaculate rooms and thoughtful touches. The owners generously stocked our fridge with complimentary refreshments. Their warm hospitality, kindness and attentive service made us feel right at home. Exceptional experience deserving of 10 stars. We eagerly anticipate our next visit.
