Good location, friendly reception staff, and a nice breakfast. Overall, I was satisfied. The only minor issue was that the refrigerator didn’t work well.

The rooms are very spacious and the facilities are perfect.
The staff were especially wonderful and provided perfect support with last minute reservations for the hot air balloon tour. I would like to use this hotel again when I visit Cappadocia and would also like to recommend it to my friends.

This is a quiet and fantastic hotel, where rooms are magic, built inside traditional caves... very typical in Göreme. Our room was very clean and warm (we faced very cold days, -10 °C with unusual snow, being in April... therefore a "warm welcome" by the room was really necessary). Breakfast provides a wide range of choices, everything is freshly hand-made by a young and very kind lady, Münevver (thanks a lot for the delicious food you prepared). Reception service is very efficient (thanks to Ismail), arranging local tours and airport transportation at guests' convenience. Absolutely recommendable! Thanks a lot and... we hope to see you soon!
