I liked everything, the location is 5-8 minutes uphill from the bus station, the rooms are good, not all are the same, and not all have a stone ceiling, some are wooden. Breakfast is not bad, the view from the terrace is beautiful.

The Tutquaz Cave Hotel is truly a gem! The property has few rooms and this allows excellent customer care. The owner is kind and very helpful, he organized both the balloon flight and the green tour for us.
It has a breakfast terrace from which you can admire the view over Goreme. What can I say, super recommended!

One of the worst vacation experiences I've ever had. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff (a mother and daughter) stole my jacket from my room. I realized I'd forgotten it at the hotel an hour after checking out. Upon my return, the jacket was gone, and the cleaning staff had disappeared. The receptionist called them repeatedly, but they denied taking it. After reviewing the security camera footage, it was clear I'd entered the hotel that morning wearing the jacket and left without it after checking out. Although the receptionist and another staff member were helpful, I cannot recommend this accommodation, as some of the employees are thieves who disrespect tourists and prioritize making money over providing decent service.
