Terrible place, dirty shared bathrooms, very bad contact with owner, far away from restaurants. We had a luxury room, but it reality it was just basic. Dirty towels and dirty bed. There was no televisionset in the room and we get a brutal answer that we can read. It was also very noisy.

Good size room, but heater is not on, bathroom is shared and very dirty, no room service, also we try to book 2 rooms together but system don't allow 1st room booking is cheap but 2nd room times 1.5 might owner change bathrooms as they have good space with good location.

This is a lovely place to go to if you prefer hostel like accommodation with the perks of having your own room. You also get to meet cool people while watching the hot air balloons take off in the morning. Since this is a shared space, be mindful of people being noisy at any time of the day. My home Cappadocia truly does have the best view of the hot air balloon take off and sunrise.

Great room (with shared bathroom) and good location, nice rooftop.
No services though (reception, bar/restaurant), you can't buy a water or ask anyone anything.
Check out time way too early (10h) and at 9h55 someone comes knocking on your door, making noise and asking you leave, not pleasant

Staff try to sell tours all the time. Nice room but separate bathroom is no problem but the noise between the rooms I think it would be great if she didn't sell too much.
