All the staff were very kind, and the hotel was super cute and very nice! The location was perfect, as you could easily go to restaurants, souvenir shops, and a spot with a panoramic view of Goreme from above. There were many tour companies nearby, and the prices were cheaper than in Japan or Istanbul. It was great that they could make reservations the day before or on the day!

The guy at the front desk was very helpful and helped us book tours and car rentals at the airport. He even packed breakfast for us when we were late for breakfast.

The staff were friendly and I liked it very much
There is no elevator, but the staff lifted my luggage.
