The hotel is very cosy and with a beautiful landscaping. It’s close to everything and with amazing views to the fairy chimneys and balloons. The room is beautiful and very well decorated. The breakfast options and the lunch/dinner are great. The staff are very nice. The only down thing was the dirtiness and bad smell from the cats and dogs on the cushions outside because of that we could just sit down for a quick photo instead of relax and enjoy the views.

I stayed at this lovely hotel for four nights. It's located slightly up a hill but not all the way up, so it made it very easy to get away from all the hustle & bustle of the tourists on the main street, but yet still have the charm & proximity to beautiful architecture, restaurants and shopping. The staff is very accommodating, and the environment is very chill. In addition, there are two little furry staff members, sometimes three, who will run the courtyard and keep you company. Upon checking in, they informed me that if I wanted to include breakfast with my stay, all I needed to do was let them know how many times I dined at checkout. Also, I needed laundry to be done, therefore dropped it off in the morning by 10:00 a.m. and had it back by early evening. They also said just pay upon checkout. They are very trusting! No one checks you at the restaurant for your room number! One load was $10€, but I will say don't expect them to fold everything. I dropped everything off in my own laundry bag, and it was pretty much shoved back in there! You also have to be specific with what you want hung dry too. They have an iron in the reception area should you need it. The rooms are nicely decorated in a rustic style. It's a decent size, but they are rather dark. I had a hard time putting on makeup before going out. 😂 The bed was rather comfy. The water pressure was absolutely fantastic, and the water gets hot quick too!! There are several delicious restaurants within 2 to 3 minutes walking distance ... Taste of Mama (Gözleme), Omru (rooftop), TUMA (rooftop), INCI, and Keyif (rooftop & great music). Overall, a very pleasant stay in a lovely location. I would definitely return!

The service at this hotel is very good. Before going to the hotel, they can connect to the real-time chat tool and get timely answers to them if they have any questions. The hotel is owned by the Royal Hot Air Balloon Company, so it is very convenient to book hot air balloon tickets with them, and the hot air balloon takeoff point is in Rose Valley, very close to the hotel. In addition, the hotel's facilities are also very good and the price is very cheap, so the price-performance ratio is very high. Of course, the focus is on good service, including the restaurant staff who are extremely polite. This left a very deep impression. This photo is of Rose Valley, just near the hotel and can be taken within a few minutes' walk. The service at this hotel is particularly good. I can communicate with them through the Whatsup before going to the hotel, and can get timely answers to any questions. The Royal Hot Air Balloon Company has its own hotel, so booking hot air balloon tickets through the hotel is also very convenient. Moreover, the takeoff location of the hot air balloon is in Rose Valley, which is just a few minutes away from the hotel. The hotel's conditions are very good, and the prices are also very cheap, so the cost-effectiveness is very high. The most impressive thing about this hotel is that everyone is particularly polite, including the restaurant staff. In short, this hotel has left an extremely deep impression on me. The room was very cold, we asked them to change it, they changed it by force, even though there was a heater and air conditioner, the room did not warm up, then they changed it. The breakfast was mediocre, packaged jam, 3 types of cheese, the variety was not enough, the room was nice, the ambiance and the view were nice.

Had a wonderful time at this cave hotel. What an amazing place and experience to sleep in a cave. The bathroom was extremely huge and the shower was always ready with hot water. Had a wonderful stay and the entire staff were excellent. Yes!! Would stay again at the Hera Cave Hotel Wifi was great and the breakfasts were well prepared.

Location was not amazing as it was 10-15 mins walk to nearby restaurants however I quite like the peacefulness. We didn't explore much of the facilities as we were out most of the time and the outside just seems to chilly. I honestly would not mind stay here again because of the resident cats and dogs. However, the service given by one of the management staff was so disgusting, it left a bad taste in my mouth eventhough 2 months has passed since we checked out. His name, Haki. We checked in early at 10am but was no expecting any room but wanted to leave our bags. His smile was insincere to start. He proceeds on to share all the various tours happening and asked us our interest. I mentioned we have booked balloon tour. He asked how much we booked it for with an attitude. I replied ”Affordable...... about 60-70 Euros”. He replied with such arrogance and judgmental tone ”Oh i am not sure about that offer, i have never heard that company” Well, guess who had an amazing sunrise balloon experience. Thats right...........us!

I can't praise this hotel enough. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Before my stay, I asked a lot of questions, but they were very patient and answered each one. Although I arrived earlier than expected, they did their best to get my room ready as soon as possible. The breakfast selection is varied and plentiful. I had a lot of equipment with me, so the location was perfect—no need to walk up any slopes to reach the main street. I highly recommend this hotel!

Because it is the off-season for winter travel, we have been upgraded for free! The breakfast is very good, all kinds of biscuits are very delicious! There are also free tea bags, coffee and cocoa! The view of the hotel is super nice! The boss is great! Help us make the fire in the stove~ and super smart! Learned Japanese from Japanese guests! Very powerful On the morning of the departure, I told us that a hot air balloon could be seen rising on the terrace, so let’s go see it~

The best hotel to stay in Goreme. This cave hotel is an excellent stay. I really recommend you to book it. The breakfast was very diverse and delicious. All the staff is very kind and they will do everything for your stay. We loved also the Cave bedroom and decoration. We received a small gift at checkout, which is a very nice gesture from the hotel.
