Низкий уровень гигиены в номере (грязная посуда, на ковре валялись острые шкрупы, комки пыли). При уборке номера только накинули одеяла на кровать...мусор не выкинули, воду не поставили, шампунь и гель не добавили, полотенца валялись. Завтрак скудный и сомнительного качества- яйца с неприятным запахом, заветринный дешевый сыр и колбаса. В отеле стройка, очень шумно.заранее об этом не предупредили.

Отель для нас бронировал организатор тура по Алтаю. Оставались в нём после большого путешествия по Алтаю. Неплохой отель для ночёвки перед вылетом. На более длительный срок я бы выбрала другой вариант размещения. Рядом стройка, шумная дорога.

Номер быо одноместный стандарт, очень приличный, расположение удобное, можно и пешком прогуляться, а/в в двух шагах, и заказать экскурсию, девочки на рецепшен приятные, вежливые, продукты в шаговой доступности, если желаете сэкономить на ресторанах и кафе, ставлю все100%этому отелю, на будущее только сюда!!

Проживала вдвоём с сыном 5 суток в августе. Номер просторный, кровати удобные ( вернее матрац) . Белье чистое . Правда за 5 дней не поменяли ни разу, обычно на 3 день меняют. Кондиционер, телевизор, холодильник, фен, утюг в номере все работало. Ресторана в отеле нет, завтраки приносили в номер по утрам в запрошенное время. Каждый день можно выбрать из 2-х вариантов. Читала тут отзывы про кофе. Очень хотелось бы чтоб кофе был вареный и капучино!! Завтраки нам понравились, все было свежее и вкусное. Убрались в номере один раз, на второй день , остальное время ходили в тапках, пол не протирали. Под кроватями были следы прошлых гостей( упаковки от детского питания, таблетки, старые тапки). Воду иногда забывали оставлять, приходилось напоминать. В целом, уборка подводит, если читают администраторы, примите меры. Лифта нет, это НЕ плохо, каждый день кардио. Мы же в горы приезжаем. Стройка жить не мешала.

В целом, отель понравился. Находится в центре города, есть своя парковка. Большой, просторный номер, вежливый персонал. Как я понимаю, ресторан сейчас на реконструкции, поэтому завтрак приносят в номер. Расстроило то, что зерновой кофе в завтраке за дополнительную плату. 120 рублей, конечно, не жалко, но как-то несолидно для приличной гостиницы. Также расстроило отсутствие лифта. В целом, рекомендовано к проживанию.

Жесть! Отель достраивают, поэтому тут стройка, что ни где не сказано. Ценник норм, строка не делает скидок))) Кондей не работает! В номере грязно, белье постельное в пятнах, волосы в сливе и по всему номеру, духота ужас, окна не открываются. Зря я заплатил 5к за сутки...лучше квартиру снять! Не советую ни кому.

Отвратительный сервис ! Нас оставили ночевать на улице!! Приехали накануне похода, что бы утром выйти на маршрут . Бронировали через Островок. Бронирование было подтверждено в системе . После бронирования из отеля позвонили и подтвердили , что бронь подтверждена. Но при заселении в отеле нам сказали , что наше бронирование отменено ! Без предупреждения !! Ни сотрудник ресепшн , ни руководство отеля ничего не сделали, что бы разрешить ситуацию или как-то войти в положение . В итоге , мы просто остались на улице !

Приехали в отель в 18.30, номер оказался не готов. На ресепшн сонные барышни поторапливать горничную не взялись. Мне в принципе не понятно, как при заезде в 14.00 номер не готов в 19.00. Общее впечатление отвратительно. Рядом с боковой стеной отеля стройка, облицовка с одной стороны. Колхоз в наихудшем варианте.

Случайно оказались в этом отеле, не было номеров в запланированном. Приехали на одну ночь вечером, на регистрации девушка предложила оставить багаж в камере хранения на вопрос, как мы понесем чемоданы (собранные на 10 дней поездки) на 4 этаж. «Я что ли понесу». Тремя спиртовыми салфетками мыла туалет, продезинфицировать не удосужились. Номер был угловой, слышно всё - и собак, и машины, и музыку из соседних домов. Кровать в одноместном - узкая, можно с непривычки свалиться, но матрас удобный. Завтрак обещали принести в номер, на выбор 2 завтрака отмечаете на ресепшен.
