I'm working in the area for a large international company, I normally stay in a holiday inn whenever possible but with no choice of western brands of hotels I was advised to stay here. It's an old holiday camp by the looks of it, (rodeo shows, tennis court basketball court, swimming pool and massage parlour and snowmobile hire) there are several different hotel buildings all decorated in differing styles New York style (they've never been to New York I'm guessing) and I stayed in the log cabin, All the staff are friendly and try to help, I struggled through by pointing, gesturing and google translating as the language barrier is a massive problem, only a few of the hotel staff speak English. The restaurant is in the central building that houses the sheriff steak house and the zebra night club, but the foods not great (I couldn't tell the diffrence between the deep fried onion rings and the deep fried squid rings) the steak is as tough as the men scraping ice off the pathways and be prepared to wait a while, but it gives you a chance to try an chat to the waitresses in short shorts and cowgirl chaps (if your into that kind of thing), no kettle in the room and a pretty sparse mini bar, but... I'm 2000 miles from home and I'm glad of a warm room and a decent bed. Oh and check out the "Area Of Freedom"

Добрый день! Хочу обратить внимание администрации спортивного клуба «Ранчо» на халатную работу сотрудников на рецепшен. К посетителям относятся не внимательно, не здороваются с гостями клуба, нарушают график работы клуба. В случае если гость делает замечание - возражают или хамят.

Ездили с женой отмечать годовщину свадьбы. Отель нам очень понравился, главным образом номер. Большой двухкомнатный люкс с просторной вонной и кухонным уголком. Ремонт и мебель свежие, все подобрано со вкусом. В номере было три больших окна с широкими подоконниками, большой кожанный диван, 2 телевизора, один из которых огромный, стол за которым свободно разместились 4 человека, кухонный уголок с СВЧ, электрочайником и мини-холодильником. Вообщем номер был шикарным. Питание было достойным, но можно было бы добавить разнообразия. Обслуживание в номера и еда в баре отличные. В холле главного корпуса всегда стоял фуршетный столик со свежими пироженными и чаем/ кофе. На всей территории расположены лавочки качели и детские качалки. Есть большая и хорошо благоустроенная детская площадка. Ну а главным достоинством этого отеля, на мой взгляд является спорт-комплекс с бассейном. Вообщем, однозначно рекомендую этот загородный комплекс, нам очень понравилось.

Отдыхали по купону Биглион, в стоимость входило проживание с завтраками, посещение спорткомплекса (1 раз), развлечения. Поселили в корпус Эко-Подкова. Сам корпус из бревен, номер оригинально оформлен в стиле "кантри". Две полутораспальные кровати, большой жк телевизор, красивый плетеный журнальный столик, такие же кресла, торшер, прикроватные тумбочки со светильниками. Санузел - большой 7-8 метров, с окном (закрывается рулонной шторой), с современной душевой кабиной и хорошей сантехникой. По 2 полотенца на каждого, а вот для ног, почему то - одно на двоих. Фен имеется, так же гель для душа, шампунь и мыло, тапочки одноразовые, всё есть. Небольшой холодильник расположен в прихожей, поэтому его не слышно. Больше всего понравилась аква-зона в спорткомплексе: сауна, хамам, большой 25-метровый бассейн с теплой водой, безлимитное посещение 1 раз. Красивая территория, недалеко от горола, удобно добираться. Про завтрак ничего сказать не могу, уехали раньше. Не понравилось то, что в выходные в клубах гуляют свадьбы, дни рождения и т.п. Всю ночь на территории шум и гам. Из-за этого шума не спали всю ночь, и, в итоге, в 5 утра вызвали такси, уехали домой досыпать. Если ваша цель отдохнуть в тишине от суеты шумного города, выспаться и проснуться под пение птиц, вам не сюда.

Удобное расположение, ухоженная территория, тихо, уютно, комфортные, теплые номера, хороший ремонт, вкусные завтраки. Комнаты убирают регулярно. Везде кулеры с водой и можно расплатиться картой. На территории - рестораны, караоке, фитнес с бассейном и баней, салон красоты, спорт.площадки, зоны для барбекю, парковка. Вай-фай работает бесперебойно во всем комплексе. Проводят вечеринки и разные активности для гостей. Персонал отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Останавливалась на выходные, очень довольна! Также есть все необходимое для отдыха с детьми. Рекомендую!

Остановились на Ранчо по пути в Москву с Йошкар-Олы. Гостиницу бронировали через букинг примерно за неделю, указав в заявке, что приедем с животным (что предусмотрено данным отелем). С каким именно животным отель не перезвонил и не уточнил, но бронь была подтверждена. Приехали примерно в 18.00 с камерунским козликом. Администрация была не готова к такому, но пошла на встречу, предложив номер junior suit вместо бронированного ранее стандарта, чтобы находиться подальше от людей и чтоб можно было разместить козлика на балконе. Сделали скидку за более дорогое размещение (стандарт стоил 2200, нам предложили за 5500, но заселили за 3500). В этом большой плюс отелю за лояльность. Теперь перейдём к минусам - о которых я сначала думала не писать, но слишком уж они откровенные, и не заметить их невозможно. В 1 номере не поднимается римская штора, а поднять ее очень хочется, тк в дневное время в номере темно. Окно напротив кроватей не откидывается и тоже требует ремонта. В ванной полотенца в чёрных пятнах, которые не отстирываются. Душевая кабина закрывается не плотно и течёт. Чайный набор грязный. По полу всего номера липкие пятна. Завтрак не был включён, решили зайти посмотреть прежде чем оплачивать - и не зря. Очень скудный, шведский стол для отеля такого класса бедный. По поводу ночного клуба, бассейна и спорт зала ничего сказать не могу, тк не посещали. Но по итогу скажу, что 5500 в сутки на двоих такое размещение не стоит даже при включённым полном пансионе.

Замечательное место для активной молодежи и не только, продуманное до мелочей! Можно вести здоровый образ жизни - в спортзале, посетить хамам, фин.сауну и поплавать в бассейне, сходить в спа. Вечером можно сходить в ресторан, ночной клуб или бар-караоке, в общем на любой вкус! Мы ездили с друзьями (2 пары), попали на Хеллоуин! Было здорово! Все практически были в костюмах) Мы тоже)). Отдыхать сюда приезжаем не первый раз, нравится, что недалеко от города, всего 40-50 минут от Нижнего Новгорода. Отдыхали в стандартном номере и в номере комфорт, нет претензий к обоим, уютно, чисто и красиво! Есть тапочки, мыло, гель для душа, шампунь, стаканы для воды.
