Во-первых, запах! Запах старья! Во-вторых, старая потрепанная мебель, старые полотенца с дырками, пятнами и обтрёпанными краями, грязные окна не только внутри, но и снаружи, грязные стаканы в номере. В-третьих, просто разруха. В номере 229 матрас такой жёсткости, который я в природе не встречала. Ощущение, что лежишь на доске. Вобщем все плохо от слова совсем!!!! Уважаемые владельцы гостиницы, почему вы считаете, что так можно относится к клиентам? Я так жалела, что выбрала именно эту гостиницу…прямо жуть полнейшая….из положительного могу только отметить комплексные обеды в кафе. Здесь претензии нет.
