Очень уютный отель!чистота потрясающая!тишина) Персонал очень дружелюбный и квалифицированный.каждый человек в этом отеле на своем месте и видно,что ему не все равно.ребята реально стараются и прислушиваются. Вкусный обильный завтрак,очень неплохой ресторан при отеле. Думаю,что вернемся вновь,это бесспорный лидер среди отелей для меня в Ростове.

Прекрасный отель! Останавливались на одну ночь, но с удовольствием провели бы здесь больше времени! Идеальная чистота. Очень интересная планировка и интерьер, хорошее бельё, полотенца, есть все отельные принадлежности (тапочки, халаты, зубные щетки и прочее). Очень много света, который можно включать поэтапно, проходные выключатели. Вкусный и красивый завтрак на открытой террасе. Отзывчивый персонал: я ошиблась при заказе завтрака, девушки очень быстро принесли нам дополнительную порцию. Желаем отелю процветания и обязательно остановимся у Вас снова!

Отель отличный, есть парковка с видеокамерой, WiFi, Очень приветливый персонал. Мы приехали поздно вечером, нас дождались, встретили и поставили дополнительную кровать для ребёнка. Мебель новая, телевизор большой, белье качественное, косметика и одноразовые предметы личной гигиены есть. В мягких махровых халатах чувствовали себя, как гости Рэдиссона. Находиться одно удовольствие. Не смотря на то, что окна выходят на дорогу - ночью ничего не слышно, стеклопакеты хорошие. Можно смело сказать, что это отличный европейский уровень. Во многих отелях вам звонит перед выездом управляющий и спрашивает все ли вам понравилось? Забыла написать, завтрак приносят в номер. Будем смело советовать друзьям.

Замечательный отель. Все в нем на высоком уровне. Номер большой, потолки высокие. Мебель новая. Постельное бельё белоснежное. Кровать удобная. В душе и санузле есть все, чтобы привести себя в порядок. Тихо, спокойно. Стоянка охраняется. Самое лучшее место переночевать и хорошо отдохнуть. И завтрак в номер выше всяких похвал!

Отличный отель. Не часто фото и отзывы об отеле соответствуют действительности, но это про Tesoro! Отель довольно новый, отлично меблированный, чистота идеальная. Приветливый и заботливый персонал, при этом не навязчивый. Руководству и сотрудникам браво!

Номер с великолепным дизайном прекрасно оснащен, все фото на сайте отеля соответствуют действительности. Есть все необходимые мелочи: тапочки, халаты, гигиенические принадлежности. В номере очень чисто. Кровать и подушки удобные. Внимательный и доброжелательный персонал, готовый всегда помочь. С удовольствием вернемся еще!
