4 звезды разочаровали. Номер требует обновления и явно не дотягивает до заявленного уровня: неудобная кровать, постельное белье не по размеру, даже при максимальном обогреве холодно, ковер и ванна в номере грязные. Освещения недостаточно, а колонна в центре комнаты портит интерьер. Персонал приветливый, но в сервисе есть недочеты. Завтрак скромный, блюда не подписаны. Отель выглядит «усталым» и не стоит своей цены.

Здесь нам нравится все, от стильной оформленной входной группы до искренних пожеланий доброй дороги при выселении в любое время дня и ночи! То, что отель держит высокую планку (нашим отношениям с ним уже 5! лет)- дорогого стоит! Неизменно вежливый, внимательный персонал, вкусные завтраки и не только, мы всегда по приезду обедаем или ужинаем в ресторане отеля и все, чтобы мы не заказывали- на высоте. Еще радует повестка разумного потребления- косметика в больших многоразовых упаковках, вода из кулера и тд. Отдельное спасибо за аромат в номере и выбор косметики (ароматы и качество наш отдельный пунктик:). От всей души желаем отелю процветания на радость всем нам!

Отличный отель по соотношению цена-качество. Есть все что ожидаешь увидеть в Аккоре. Персонал максимально вежливый и улыбчивый. Номер был с видом на проспект, но шума не было слышно. На завтраке был прикольный горячий бутерброд с сыром, видимо какой то местный вкус.

Был с друзьями в данном отеле. Пожалуй, лучшее соотношение цена качество. Отлично кормят на завтраках, отличное обслуживание, хорошая уборка в номерах! С удовольствием еще раз вернусь! А и подушки в номерах классные. И администраторы чудесные ребята!

Во время поездки в Ростов остановился тут и рад своему выбору. У отеля отличное расположение-все под рукой, само здание-постройки начала 20 века, как мне рассказал персонал, грамотно отреставрированное по старым фотографиям. В самом отеле-отличные завтраки и ресторан, очень вкусно кормят, подают местные донские блюда (вкусно, попробуйте-южане умеют и приготовить и накормить), от выбора десертов разбегаются глаза. Можно отдохнуть на баре, где всегда есть выбор напитков и интересных коктейлей. В цокольном этаже-тренажерный зал, можно попарится в сауне и получить массаж (у массажиста золотые руки, что называется). Чистота и порядок, приветливый персонал, готовый прийти на помощь, есть программа лояльности, так что советую

останавливалась в отеле, все безумно понравилось! все на высоте! просто невероятный, очень вежливый персонал! Лучший отель в городе по моему мнению! Номер был с очень красивым видом, чистый, удобный, уютный! Еда на высшем уровне!!!!!
