Отель новый, всё чисто, аккуратно. Но совершенно не соответствует уровню 5*, это 4* в лучшем случае. В центре города, своя парковка, фасада - отреставрированный кусок исторического здания. Всё здание совершенно новое. Номера просторные, вначале нам дали номер с 2 кроватями, хотя бронировали одну большую, но потом поменяли. В стандартах нет кофемашины, к сожалению. Мини бар платный, есть халаты, тапочки. Завтраки совсем не уровня 5*, по меню и за 1000 рублей, оно того не стоит. Выбираешь один из вариантов завтраков, ни овощей, ни фруктов, ни соков.... Печально.

Ожидание и реальность не совпали, у нас был поздний заезд, дама на ресепшн почему-то решила взять и отсканировать документы без разрешения, ссылаясь что все гости жалуются, когда долго заполняют документы, поэтому она отсканировала, чтобы мы быстрее заселились. На секунду, разрешение все таки нужно спрашивать. В номере своеобразно устроен душ, вода подтекает под дверь. Потолки высоченные, клининг явно не заморачивается и не считает нужным убрать паутину под потолком. Неприятным разочарованием были испорченные сливки для кофе. При выселении уже был парень, выглядел неопрятно, что тоже наверное соответствует 5* отелю, по мнению создателей. Баром не пользовались, парень пошел проверить, все ли на месте, окончив проверку, спрашивает у нас а вы не помните, у вас была бутылка боржоми или нет))) то есть вы даже не знаете что у вас в баре? Не проверяете содержимое, элементарно после каждого гостя, хотя бы на срок годности?! Хотя, после сливок нет вопросов. Не советую никому, за эту стоимость есть более приличные отели.

Очень приятное впечатление об этом отеле . Персонал располагает к себе, встретили , помогли припарковать авто (бесплатная парковка в центре города), объяснили как работает кнопка , если нужна уборка в номере (у некоторых людей была проблема с этим), рассказали про завтрак (можно выбрать тариф без завтрака ). Про номер : большой красивый в современном стиле. Без балкона . Окна прямо в крыше. Можно закрыть и открыть по системе умный дом , согздать темноту в номере для сна, кофе машина караульная - вкусный кофе, хорошая сантехника, халаты /тапочки - все есть . Для меня - мало света в номере , муж сказал , что шумел кондиционер . А какой аромат в отеле - аромат 5* отеля. Я рекомендую FG - однозначно .

Прекрасный отель с высокими потолками и дверными проемами. Добротный ремонт номеров и очень хорошие спальные принадлежности и матрасы. Великолепный персонал, неожиданно высокий уровень во всем, получила огромного удовольствие, а не только помещение для ночевки в командировке

Прекрасный отель, замечательная обстановка, просторные номера, продуманное расположение розеток, выключателей, светильников. Замечательный бесшумный кондиционер. Девушка на ресепшене очень приветливая, приятная в общении, работает быстро, профессионально. Чистота, постельное бельё, матрас, мебель, всё безупречно! К администрации один совет - всё платное в бар, всё бесплатное - на столе. Так как приветственный шоколад, часто в ходит в стоимость номера. Это поможет не путаться. А ставить бесплатную воду, чай, кофе, вместе с платными чипсами и шоколадом, как то не понятно. Но за шоколад, спасибо.

Отель не самый плохой, но не 5 звёзд. Приехали вечером, ни кто не встречает, помощи с багажом нет. Два тяжёлых чемодана, с женой, тащили сами по лестнице, элементарного пандуса, для завоза багажа нет, не говоря уже о встречи консьержем. Оформление на рецепшене долгое, при условии, что бронировари за ранее. Можно сначала заселить, а потом все документы сканировать, а не заставлять ждать уставших с дороги людей. В хорошую сторону хочу отметить уборку в номерах. Персонал молодцы, убирают качественно. Особенная благодарность молодому человеку, работавшему в ресторане. Извините, не знаю его имени. Такое ощущение, что он работает круглосуточно! И еду в номер доставляет, в любое время, и завтрак привозит в номер, и в ресторане, при отеле обслуживает. В лучшую сторону хочу отметить руководство отеля. Очень оперативно, по мере сил и возможностей, пытались исправить все наши замечания.
