Хороший отель в центре города. Есть парковка, что очень удобно. Номера не большие, но все новое, свежее. Из особенностей - в номерах нет питьевой воды, но есть кувшин с которым нужно идти к кулеру на этаже:)

Poor service and very unfriendly staff! I asked for vanity kit and was told by the room service that they are provided only to the deluxe room! Seriously, cotton pads only in the deluxe rooms?! This is not a 2 star hotel, but unfortunately it deserves even 0! Fully disappointed! Never to book it again!

Полностью разочарован пребыванием. Номер категории Privillege. Во-первых не работал торшер у окна; во-вторых крайне слабый Wi-Fi - у меня на телефоне оказался в 5 раз быстрее; в-третьих - была сломана петля у шкафа с одеждой, то есть при открытии дверцы она начинала сваливаться; в-четвертых - очень узкие места на парковке перед отелем - заранее все вытаскивайте из машины, иначе не сможете потом ничего вытащить; в-пятых - в номере нет бутилированной воды (только в мини-баре), при этом есть рекомендация пользоваться графином и кулером на этаже; и наконец вишенка на торте - не работал климат-контроль. При этом после жалобы на рецепции, никто не пришел в течение часа, при повторном звонке ремонтник пришел, и вот тут самое интересное) он сказал, что климат-контроль работает, но просто он так работает, что температура в номере в течение часа не только не упала, а повысилась на один градус) Ремонтник сказал, что система работает на пределе и не выдаст результат лучше имеющегося) При этом снаружи было плюс 31 градус, что делало пребывание в номере несколько некомфортным. Затем позвонили с рецепции и сказали, что снижать температуру бесполезно и она одинаковая для всего отеля, а именно 23 градуса и делать ее ниже средней по отелю невозможно. То есть кто-то выставил такую температуру (типа) и все остальные должны с ней мириться. При этом в их же сети отелей нигде такого нет. Делайте выводы. Номера перед заселением не проверяются, а персонал либо не доводит до сведения руководства, либо забил на все.

Последнее время мое отношение к сети Accor изрядно остыло. Но Mercure Воронеж ожидания оправдал. Правда, заметно ухудшилось отношение цена/качество (ранее останавливался три года назад, в разгар пандемии). И хотя качество более-менее осталось на высоте, цена выросла и приблизилась к границе комфорта. Теперь нюансы. Как многолетний член Accor-клуба пытался забронировать номер на сайте all.com и не смог (у меня была карта Мир Бизнес, которую сеть на территории РФ принимает к оплате, но не принимает для брони). Позвонил на ресепшен и забронировал через девушку. Подтверждение брони она не прислала и при заезде выяснилось, что мою бронь явно потеряли. На оформление ушло минут 10, девушка бегала взад-вперед, обещанную скидку пришлось отвоевывать (и то удалось не в полной мере). Номер оказался крошечным. Розеток не хватало (хотя я не раб гаджетов :-)) Создается впечатление, что они просто находились не на полагающихся местах... Для меня избыточно мягкий матрас. Завтрак неплох, мне не хватило холодной газированной воды и выбора йогуртов. И, конечно, требую убрать из зоны завтрака тошнотворное МузТВ. Все-таки на завтрак ходят в основном взрослые с нормальным вкусом. Почему бы не включить хотя бы РБК или что-нибудь видовое. МузТВ начисто убивает аппетит и веру в человеческий вкус и разум... В целом же пребывание вновь оставило положительное впечатление (хотя три года назад было более рациональным и позитивным).

Надо было читать здесь отзывы. Я первый раз вижу отель сети Accor с таким низким уровнем: 1. Бронировала люкс, заселили в номер люкс для людей с ограниченными возможностями даже не предупредив об этом. Считают нормой. 2.запрос был на кроватку-манеж. Поставили без дна! Ночная горничная пришла с жутко недовольным лицом и с вопросом "че тут у вас с кроваткой" 3 горячей воды в напотолочном душе нет и его никто не планирует ремонтировать. 5. Завтраки грусть и такие же лица персонала , ни одной улыбки . 4. И самый "писк" это конечно же система охлаждения номеров!! Типа у нас не кондеи,а фанкойлы и охладить ниже 24 мы не можем !!! В номере духота +24 доходит до +26 градусов и это норма?!! , на улице жара. Я ,честно , в шоке от отеля.

Отель встретил улыбающейся любезной девушкой, которая решила все вопросы с заселением и порекомендовала прекрасный ресторан для первого знакомства с городом. Стандартный номер на 8 этаже выходил окнами на фонтан. Чистый, хорошая удобная кровать, над запахом белья можно немного поработать, полотенца отличные, приятные шампунь и мыло. Есть тапочки. Очень вкусный разнообразный завтрак. Удивило, что пускают с домашними питомцами. Завтракал и пёс, что не всегда увидишь в отелях. Весь персонал - молодой и очень приветливый и радушный. Хочется вернуться.
