Business Hotels in Gotemba

Hotel was just next to the outlet mall. Convenient and provide free coffee and drink at the reception. The onsen was also great. The view of Mt Fuji was amazing.

Location is far from most of the attractions, will be nice to have a car. It took me 15 mins to walk from Tomei Gotemba Highway Bus station. There are free shuttle buses provided to Gotemba Premium Outlet from this station. The hotel is very comfy, suitable to chill and enjoy the hit spring, good for family vacation. Free flow soba from 9.30 till 11pm, free yogurt drink and ice cream as well. The view from room is amazing! Basically can just stay in room and enjoy Mt Fuji view

Very interesting archetecture, great view of Mt. Fuji and a good price were why we choose this hotel. We arrived around 6 PM and were told we couldn't use the restaurant because we didn't have a reservation. We had to drive back to interstate about 15 minutes to find something, there is nothing at all in the hotel vicinity or even a little snack shop on site! Buses very limited. The front of the hotel was nicely painted and landscaped, but the back with patio was pretty shabby. But it did have seating outside for great fresh air. Parking was free but coming back after dinner the covered parking was all full and we had to park lower level in the rain. The room had a strange layout, a 3-mat room for a passageway (luggage drop?) and a small bedroom that one person could get out of bed on one side, but the other person had to crawl over the middle of the bed in the night to get out. In the closet were 2 hard hats?? In case Fujisan starts spewing ash? I think maybe this room was the staff's emergency room when forced to stay. The public bath was disappointingly small, so got crowded quickly. And the view? Of course it rained so no view of Mt. Fuji at all. Not in the hotel's control, but left us disenchanted... 4-star hotel. I don't think so.

We went to the Gotemba Outlet before checking in. So we took a taxi from the outlet to the hotel about 1600yen. Mr Santosh checked us in and also provided many information about the hotel neighbourhood. I told him I will write about him in my review :) The hotel is in good location, close to Uniqo, Daiso, supermarket and many eateries. We even walk to the nearby JR gotemba easily. The room is big and we stayed on the 4th level which is on the same level as the viewing terrace. We can see Mt Fuji very clearly during the opening hours. The breakfast was ok, standard Japanese style. The onsen was a bit small but still adequate. Overall, a very new hotel and worth staying with them. Upon checked out, we walked to the nearby tomei-gotemba and took the direct bus back to Shinjuku.

A very good hotel All the staff are kind, the service is very good, the rooms are although not a non-smoking room. But still smells a little cigarette But the hotel location is very good. See Fujisan the most clearly The breakfast is very delicious and good quality. Find back to Gotenba. Will definitely stay here again.

Fast check in process. Very clean and comfortable. Lawson and family mart close to hotel. Very close to main road. Lots of parking lot.

The hotel is great for someone who wants to stay alone with himself The village is so nice and quiet nothing to do except relaxing and maybe go to the outlet but everything else is far away The hotel is nice in general

Stayed at the time of the supergt at Fuji Speedway. There seems to be many people involved in the race, and the parking lot in front was full before 18 o'clock. The room used the twin room on the Fuji side, but Mt. Fuji was very beautiful. I am glad that there is an outlet on the pillow. The water was a bit old, but I personally didn't care about it. The response of the front desk employees was polite and good.

After loved and arpent many countries in Asia as in more than 100 countries of this vast world in sixty years, I've lived in this place the first step of my second trip to Japan too long delayed covid cause and too marked to The hotel is a very good place to stay in the city and the city is a good place to stay in the city. to live typically Japanese ... I had only one desire to dive there and, as Africans say, to make my eyes sleep. One morning later, I could appreciate my tasteful ”Japanese breakfast” Services and services, as an exceptional quality/price ratio in a country whose reputation is to be too expensive only make this stay a pleasure.

Firstly, i want to state that we opted to stay at this hotel for one reason , that it’s across from the train station and to facilitate our shopping at Gotemba outlet. For that reason alone, this hotel serves its purpose. That the staff were helpful, free liquor and curry rice provided during evening hours, good selection of restaurants around, meant I gave it 4 stars. The 2 star less was because the hotel itself is very dated and old . But it’s just for a night, not an issue to me.
