Best Gotemba Hotels

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, right behind Gotemba Premium Outlets. The facilities are also quite good. Private onsen baths need to be booked in advance, with options on both the first and third floors; the third-floor bath is 1000 JPY more expensive. I specifically booked a room with a view of Mount Fuji, but unfortunately, the sky wasn't cooperating, and it was consistently hidden behind a thick blanket of clouds. Guess I'll just have to come back again for another try!"

"Having a hotel with a bathtub is an absolute game-changer! After walking thousands of steps and feeling utterly exhausted every day, a good soak in the tub was incredibly soothing. On top of that, they offer unlimited complimentary noodles every evening. For the price and quality in Japan, this place is truly unbeatable!"

"The hotel is relatively close to the outlets, though it's still a bit of a walk. The room was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room to spread out our luggage! We had fantastic, direct views of Mount Fuji from the hotel. Upon check-in, each person received a complimentary bottle of water and a pumpkin soup. However, the downside is that dining options are quite a distance away, and even convenience stores require a bit of a walk."

"I was very satisfied with the accommodation, which was like a condominium-style villa. I stayed here on a golf trip, but there are still many golf courses nearby that I would like to play at, so I would like to stay here again next time. I look forward to staying with you again."

"Highly recommend edit x seven to everyone here, starting off, location to gotemba outlet ＜2km away , it was ideal and you could either take a taxi or walk which was perfectly fine ! around the area ＜10 mins walk there was other food eateries too !! the view of the room was great and was super blessed to see mt fuji every morning when i woke up hotel staff were all friendly and great and amenities to the hotel were all clean/ new !! did not try the hotel breakfast though love it here! will come back again , checkin and out process was super smooth too!"

"The property is located next to the highway, with no restaurants or shopping centers within walking distance. However, this is not an issue if you are driving. The place is new and clean. Although the staff do not speak English, they are helpful and accommodating. The onsen is small, but I'm still enjoyable and relaxing"

"We booked a Japanese-style room, which felt very authentic. The room was also quite spacious. Since there were three of us, we paid an extra 160 for breakfast and 190 for an additional bed. For dinner, there were 600 and 800 price options."

"A great hotel with quietness and space. We got upgraded. We had our private onsen. There is a room in 12/F to see mt Fuji. We accidentally left some items when we checked out and Daisuke Fujitsuka was very helpful. He assisted to our needs either patience and great service. He’s one of the best staff we have seen in there. Thanks."

"We had a really great experience at this hotel. There is a shuttle bus near the hotel that takes you to and from the JR Gotemba station and the Gotemba Premium Outlets. The room is really big for a Japanese hotel, and you even have a jacuzzi/hot spring bath in your own room! As for breakfast, it is buffet style with a good selection. The food is also delicious! The best part of all is still the service they provide. At the Fuji Outlet Hot Spring Hotel, they really go out of the way to serve their guests. We had 2 suitcases stored in the hotel when we checked out and went shopping at the outlets. We went back to the hotel to pick up our suitcases at around 19:20 and intended to take a taxi to the JR Gotemba station to catch a train back to Tokyo station. The front desk staff helped us call a taxi but no taxi would take the order because there was a bad traffic jam. It was on 3rd January 2025, a public holiday, and there were many cars heading for the outlets. Upon knowing our dilemma, I think it was the hotel owner, instructed a staff who just got off duty to drive us to the station. He even checked the train schedule for us! They refused to accept when we offered payment for the ride. Overall, the service was superb and I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. They have front office staff who speaks either fluent English or Chinese. We wish to thank the owner and his staff for such great service and will definitely stay in this hotel again if we were back in Gotemba."
