Loved the location of this hotel as well as the downstairs communal areas. Also the size of the room was great.
Unfortunately the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and cheap so I barely slept a wink in my 3 nights there. I asked for an extra pillow as you only get one and that still didn’t help.
Staff were lovely when I did speak to them, but you can easily go by your whole stay without talking to someone which is a shame as you don’t get told any information.
There was also no fridge or safe in the rooms which I thought was pretty standard.
Food at the breakfast buffet was really good though. Great options for vegans/gluten free too.

It is good choice for this hotel which it is towards to the super view of sea/port.
It is also close and convenient to walk to downtown.

Love the location which is at the heart of the city. Located directly next to a tram/bus station made travelling so much easier too!
Bonus: It’s next to a pier which means great views to start the day and end the night!

We arrived 3 pm but room was cleaning, so we had to wait almost 2 hr...anyways the staff did their best to serve the customer.

Fabulous ambience in restaurant and bar area. Room was very large. Breakfast excellent. Exceeded our expectations. Inexpensive and great location. Would definitely come again. Easy walk from station

It feels good. There is a port at the door and you can walk to the city center. There are many Chinese people. There are some Chinese restaurants nearby. The price-performance ratio is good. I will choose this place again next time I travel.

🚌Location: Take the bus from the airport and then walk for 10 minutes. The walk also passed several major sightseeing spots in Gothenburg.
🛏️Room: There are many rooms on each floor. When you first check in, it's like walking through a maze. The bed in the room has two separate mattresses, which is also a good design. Like most European hotels, toothbrushes are not available. But there is a hairdryer in the room, which is great.
🍜Breakfast: Breakfast is classic European style, just a variety of salads, breads, and cold cuts, nothing too special. There are some traditional Swedish foods that you can try new ones.
😠 Disadvantages: The toilet flushing in the room I stayed in was broken. I told the staff on the first day, but no one fixed it for me the next day! In order not to leave anything unflushed in the room💩, I had no choice but to use the hotel’s public toilet!
